Hogan gave the Iron Sheik a "Legdrop" and won the match in five and a half minutes. It would be the beginning of a title run that would last for over four years.

This program took place in May of 1985. Hogan was known for being in the main event on almost all of the episodes of "Saturday Night's Main Event." The show ran through December of 1992.

In his autobiography "Hollywood Hulk Hogan," Hogan talked about how he had trained Mr. T for the match. On the day of "Wrestlemania" Mr. T was nowhere to be found. Hogan called Mr. T's room at the hotel and Mr. T was in and said he was coming. He took a limo to Madison Square Garden and had a big group of people with him.

The guards wouldn't let them in and Mr. T told Hogan "I'm leaving!" Hogan pulled some strings and got Mr. T's people in and "Wrestlemania" was a huge success. Hogan thinks that he saved "Wrestlemania" and also said that if he had not done what he did there might never have been another one.

Muraco and Bundy attacked Hogan, while Hogan was trapped in the corner of the ring. Bundy "Avalanched" Hogan again and again. Hogan vowed revenge.

"Wrestlemania" matches took place at three different arenas. Nassau Colosseum (New York), Rosemont Horizon (Chicago), and the Los Angeles Sports Arena. Hogan won the match and attacked Bundy's manager Bobby "The Brain" Heenan for good measure.

From out of nowhere Orndorff attacked Hogan because he thought Hogan was playing too big of a role in their matches and hogging the spotlight.

The Big Event took place in Toronto Canada. Hogan won the match by disqualification, when Orndorff put his hands on the referee.

Andre and Hogan were close friends and even tag team partners for a while, but Andre was jealous of the fact that Hogan was champion and demanded a title shot at "Wrestlemania III." Hogan pleaded with him, but Andre attacked him by ripping off his shirt and tearing the cross that he wore around his neck. This confrontation set up one of the most famous matches in WWF history.

Entering the match, Hogan was the underdog because Andre was undefeated for the last 15 years. Early in the match, Hogan went for a Bodyslam, but Andre fell on top of him and Marella counted to three, but Hogan had his shoulder up at two and the match went on. Andre dominated the match, but Hogan managed to knock him down.

When Andre got up, Hogan did the impossible, bodyslamming him and getting the win when he gave him a "Legdrop."

Ted DiBiase wanted to buy the WWF Heavyweight Championship from Hogan, but Hogan refused. Late in the match, Andre pinned Hogan and Earl counted to three even though Hogan had his shoulder up at two. Earl's brother, Dave, came to the ring and screamed at his brother for what he did. DeBiase came to the ring and Andre handed him the belt. About a week later WWF President Jack Tunney stripped Andre of the title and refused to recognize DiBiase as champion.

He declared the title vacant and set up a 14 Man Single Elimination Tournament to determine a new champion at "Wrestlemania IV."

They each received a 'buy' in the first round. They were both disqualified when things got out of control. After the match, Hogan Bodyslammed Andre and did some posing for the fans before leaving the ring. Randy Savage and Ted DiBiase met in the final round.

At one point Savage told Miss Elizabeth to go backstage and get Hogan. A short time later, Hogan came out with Elizabeth and decided to take a seat and watch the rest of the match. Late in the match, DiBiase gave Savage the "Million Dollar Dream." Hogan came into the ring and hit DiBiase in the back with the chair that he was sitting in. Savage got to his feet and went up to the top rope.

He came down with the "Flying Elbow Smash" to become the new WWF Heavyweight Champion.

The Mega Powers were very popular with the fans, but never won Tag Team Gold. On July 4, 2002, Hogan finally became a Tag Team Champion, teaming with Edge to defeat Billy Gunn and Chuck Palumbo. Edge was a big fan of Hogan's when he was a kid.

On an episode of "Saturday Night's Main Event," The Mega Powers took on the Twin Towers (Big Boss Man and Akeem.) At one point in the match, Miss Elizabeth was accidentally bumped off the ring apron and was knocked out cold. Hogan went out to check on her.

It wasn't long before he picked her up in his arms and carried her backstage. When Savage saw this he became confused and confronted Hogan after the match. Hogan tried to reason with him, but Savage attacked him right in front of Elizabeth. This set up a WWF Heavyweight Title Match between them at "Wrestlemania V." Not wanting to take sides Elizebeth chose to stand in a neutral corner for the match. Hogan became the WWF Heavyweight Champion for the second time when he gave Savage a "Legdrop."

In the movie, Hogan's character, Rip Thomas, feuded with "The Human Wreaking Machine," Zeus. It wasn't long before Zeus invaded the WWF. At "Summerslam" Hogan teamed with Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake to defeat Zeus and the "Macho Man" Randy Savage.

The other three choices were also in the "Rumble." I guess Mr. Perfect wasn't so perfect after all.

It was a Title For Title Match meaning that both titles were on the line. The Ultimate Warrior became the new champion after Hogan attempted a "Leg Drop" and missed. The Warrior then gave Hogan a "Big Splash" for the win. After the match a teary eyed Hogan took the WWF Heavyweight Title from the time keeper and got back in the ring.

He then showed the character of a true champion. He presented the title to the Warrior and hugged him and raised his hand. The Warrior then raised Hogan's hand. Hogan then picked up the Intercontinental Title that was lying on the mat and handed it to him and left the ring. Shortly after "Wrestlemania" the Warrior vacated the Intercontinental Title. On April 23, Mr. Perfect defeated Tito Santana in the final round of an elimination tournament to win the vacant title.

Answer: Earthquake

Hogan went on the "Brother Love Show" to confront Jimmy Hart but he wasn't there and he demanded to know where he was. Earthquake attacked Hogan from behind. Hogan was carried out on a stretcher and people wondered when, or even if, he would return.

The WWF provided an address where fans could send get well wishes to Hogan. Hogan also formed a friendship with Tugboat during this time. When he was released from the hospital he announced that he was not retiring and challenged Earthquake to a match at "Summerslam."

The late Dino Bravo was in Earthquake's corner. Late in the match Earthquake gave Hogan the "Earthquake" but he kicked out. He bodyslammed him and gave him the "Legdrop." The referee was distracted by Bravo and Jimmy Hart. Hogan got the win by disqualification when they interfered.

Answer: Hulk Hogan was the sole survivor

As a result Hogan advanced to the Grand Finale.

Despite a 5 on 3 advantage DiBiase's team couldn't survive. Hulk Hogan and the Ultimate Warrior ended up surviving.

Answer: He threw fire in his face

Hogan was talking to "Mean" Gene Okerlund. He was in a great mood as he talked about how he had won the title for his country. What he didn't know was that Slaughter was hiding in his dressing room. When he opened the door Slaughter blew fire in his face and hit him with a chair a few times.

This would lead to several rematches for the title. Slaughter never regained the title as Hogan retained it time after time. After a reign of over 8 months Hogan lost the title to the Undertaker at the "Survivor Series." He would regain the title at "Tuesday In Texas" but WWF President Jack Tunney stripped him of the title after seeing the way he won the title and said that the winner of the 1992 "Royal Rumble" would be the new champion. Hogan was eliminated by Sid Justice. Hogan grabbed his arm and he and Ric Flair teamed to eliminate him thus making Flair the new champion.

When Hogan was named the number one contender Sid wasn't pleased because he thought he should be the number one contender. He would end up turning on Hogan during a tag team match against Flair and the Undertaker.

This set up a match between the two at "Wrestlemania VIII".

Answer: He didn't know if it would be his last match

Hogan said he wouldn't know until after he left the ring if it would be his last match. McMahon said "Thank you for the memories, thank you for the inspiration, and thank you for Hulkamania." Hogan said "Thank you" and they shook hands.

Answer: Hulk Hogan won by disqualification

Hogan gave Sid a "Legdrop" but he somehow kicked out. Papa Shango came to the ring and attacked him. All of a sudden the Ultimate Warrior ran down to the ring and saved him. They posed in the ring before "Wrestlemania" went off the air.

In the main event Bret Hart defended the WWF Heavyweight Title against Yokozuna. It looked like he would retain the title when he got Yokozuna in the "Sharpshooter" but Mr. Fuji threw salt in his eyes and Yokozuna won the title with the "Banzi Drop." Hogan went to check on Bret and Mr. Fuji offered Hogan a title shot. Hogan thought about it and accepted.

When it was over Hogan was the WWF Heavyweight Champion for the fifth time. He would lose the title to Yokozuna at "King Of The Ring." He would next end up in WCW.
