Tomorrow Woman is killed by a rogue weapon of the Lord of Time, Traumiel is killed by Zauriel's scream, and Tomar Re is dies in a drug-induced dream Superman experiences. Rath, however, is brought back to life by Neron.

Sapphire Mason, for no apparent reason, is not at her husband's funeral. Ironically, Java the Caveman, an enemy of Metamorpho is shown holding Rex Mason's son. Superman, of course, has his first appearance in his electromagnetic costume in the JLA series here.

Of those present, Aztek, Green Arrow, Steel, and Plastic Man would go on to join the team. The only one actually picked out of the recruitment drive is Tomorrow Woman, who would go on to be a mole for Profs. Ivo and Morrow. Damage, Hitman, Warrior, Supergirl, and Max Mercury are the possible members who never get picked up for the team.

Answer: Booster Gold's armor

While all of the objects would eventually appear in the trophy room, in issue #6, the only one is an old set of Booster's armor (which, ironically, seems to be the one he starts using again prior to his unfortunate demise).

Catwoman, who would be used in the Key's false dreams, is visited first. This is because the Key intended to use her in order to make Batman's dream more realistic. Strangely, Catwoman is never rescued from a dream machine like the other Leaguers are. Paradox?

Yes, the Jeff Goldblum character Dr. Brundle, who is infamous for becoming a fly due to a teleportation accident, uses a teleporter to send GA to the moon. Dr. Magnus is the Metal Menc reator. Ivo is the Amazo android creator (remember that, it'll be important later in the series). Dr. Morrow is the creator of Red Tornado.

Answer: Oracle

Black Manta is Aquaman's dream, Joker is in Batman's dream, and Wonder Woman encounters Steve Trevor. Oracle does not show up in the JLA series until "JLA Secret Files" #1.

Answer: Year One

The Year One incarnation (Martian Manhunter, Hal Jordan, Barry Allen, Aquaman, and Black Canary) is shown battling the Key. The Satellite Era team would be close in membership to this team; however, Hal Jordan was not on the team at the same time as J'onn during that incarnation.

The Pre-Crisis Silver Age team would include Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman, minus Black Canary. The Giffen Era team would be far off from this membership, including Guy Gardner, Blue Beetle, and Booster Gold.

Answer: Wally

Wally West, aka the Flash, is the first one to break out of the virus, due to his hyper-metabolism. Ollie (aka the original Green Arrow) was dead at the time this story was published.

Answer: Batman

Batman, following a conversation with Superman, says, "Hh. Clark." The "hh" sound, which is Morrison's trademark written sigh is something that has come to be an oft-used expression to represent that Batman doesn't think Superman will ever understand his motivations. A subtle yet poetic homage to the "World's Finest" days of yore.
