Heffer breaks machines and generally destroys things. The Chameleons want Rocko in their club, but he refuses because Heffer can't join. This is the first business we see the Brothers own.

They take multiple shots of Rocko, the worst of which ends up on his driver's license. One of them declares "I love this job!" And yet, they have a different one almost every time we see them...

Only they don't do it the traditional way of taking a picture of a drawing on a table. Instead, they throw the papers into the air and follow them with the camera. Rocko is amazed and says, "Oh, that's how they do it!" and the tour guide replies, "No, those guys are idiots."

Rocko needs glasses; the Chameleons happen to own a glasses store now and offer him many artistic styles. It turns out that Rocko can only get glasses on insurance, which disappoints Chuck and Leon because it limits Rocko's choice to one set of bland glasses.

Answer: Heffer's hair

Rocko has to submit a photograph of himself to the newspaper when he's named Employee of the Month. He visits the Brothers' salon to spiff up his hair before a photo shoot. Chuck and Leon are very snooty, seeing themselves as artists and asking about reservations, but they fix Rocko's hair and are pleased with the results.

Answer: Nail biting

The episode is called "Tooth and Nail." They won't accept Rocko as a patient at the clinic because of the "exclusive" cost, but they give him an at-home version, which is a 12-step recovery program. It turns out that only six steps are needed to break Rocko of his nail biting habit (and four of them are quite pointless, like shaving a weasel or squishing fish).

Answer: They use a prisoner's dirty laundry water.

The czar (who looks and sounds like Heffer) imprisons them until they can make coffee. Another prisoner heats the dirty water from washing socks to make a drink. The Chameleons dub this "coffee" and get out of prison to serve the gross mixture to the czar.

Then they escape to America and serve this coffee in their new coffee shop, Cafe Chameleon. Considering that, at the end, they start telling someone else the story of how they invented cheesecake (which begins in Antarctica), they likely made up the whole coffee story.

Answer: Descends the stairs naked

Heffer and Filburt stay outside at night to record a naked Rocko descending the stairs for milk. Rocko is making a film to send to his parents in Australia and doesn't want this habit in the film. However, Chuck and Leon make an art film of his footage, adding their own narration and showing his naked walk. They call it "La Vie Moderne de Pinto," which ends up winning an award in the Australian Film Festival. Maybe the Chameleons don't have a problem with Rocko's nudity because they go naked most of the time.

The video store is part of the same building as the Cafe Chameleon, so their dirty sock coffee must still be a hit.
