Answer: Uncle Vernon

This was a question in a 'Book Magazine' contest played before the book came out, it was not multiple choice though. Uncle Vernon was the first person to speak in this novel with his line "Glad to see the boy's stopped trying to butt in. Where is he anyway?"
2. What special ability does Nymphadora Tonks possess?

Answer: She is a Metamorphmagus

Nymphadora Tonks is an auror who is also a Metamorphmagus. A Metamorphmagus is a person who can change their phsyical appearance at will. Tonks demonstrates this by changing her hair color from violet to bubble-gum pink in Harry's bedroom during the rescue mission.
3. What magazine does Luna Lovegood's father edit?

Answer: The Quibbler

Luna's father edits the Quibbler magazine and Harry's interview is published in that magazine thanks to Luna's connections. Luna also has some interesting beliefs due to reading her father's magazine, such as Sirius Black is in reality Stubby Boardman and Cornelius Fudge is a serial goblin killer.

Answer: Pink

She wore a fluffy pink cardigan over her robes and a horrible pink Alice band in her hair to match. She also wore this cardigan for the first day of classes.

She makes a hem hem noise many many times throughout the course of the book, it always precedes her interrupting another teacher and most of the time that teacher is not too pleased about the interruption.

Answer: Bowtruckles

Bowtruckles look somewhat like twigs and they guard they trees that they live in. They often in trees used for wandmaking, and when attempting to take wood from this tree it is smart to bring a gift of woodlice in order to placate the bowtruckle.
7. What sentence is inscribed into Harry's hand while he is serving his detentions with Professor Umbridge?

Answer: I must not tell lies

When Harry writes this sentence on the parchment it is simultaneously written on his hand. At the beginning the writing would quickly fade and his hand would heal up, but by the end of the week the wound would not heal quickly and Harry would be left with a bloodied hand for a while.
8. In the range of O.W.L grades, what does E stand for?

Answer: Exceeds Expectations

Fred and George Weasley thought that they should recieve Es on all of their O.W.L.s because they exceeded expectations by just showing up for the examination. E is the second highest grade possible to recieve on these exams. The highest is O (Outstanding) followed by E (Exceeds Expectations) and then A (Acceptable) and P (Poor) then D (Dreadful) and finally T (troll).
9. Who were the three Gryffindor quidditch team players who received lifetime bans from quidditch?

Answer: Harry, Fred, and George

Harry, Fred, and George all received lifetime bans from playing quidditch from Professor Umbridge for fighting. Their broomsticks were confiscated and hung on a peg in Professor Umbridge's office. The Gryffindor quidditch team went downhill after those three were taken off the team.
10. What room did Dumbledore's Army (Harry's Defense Against the Dark Arts class) practice in?

Answer: The Room of Requirement

This room was mentioned in passing by Dumbledore in a previous book, and Dobby informed Harry of it. A person can only enter this room when they have real need of it, and it is always equipped to fit the needs of the person looking to use it. It is also known as the Come and Go Room.
