Answer: Harry's Wand

The answer is Harry's Wand. On Harry's birthday after he did all his shopping he had to pay a visit to Ollivander himself. Ollivander tested Harry with different wands, some of them too powerful, one too dangerous, and half of them snatched away before Harry can use them. Finally the wand revealed itself to Harry and accepted its master. Ollivander told Harry that it was curious that he would receive this wand when its brother is the one that gave Harry his scar.

It was later revealed that Dumbledore and Ollivander used Fawkes the Phoenix to forge the wands.

Answer: The Cloak of Invisibility

It is the famed Cloak of Invisibility. Harry received this prized possession for Christmas back in 1991 during "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone". Dumbledore sent it to Harry anonymously and told him use it well. And use it well he did. Harry used the Clock of Invisibility on every single adventure of his from "Sorcerer's Stone" all the way to "Cursed Child". Harry would later discover how important the Cloak of Invisibility is when he read his mother's letter and the "Tales of Beedle the Bard" explaining that the Cloak of Invisibility is the first of the "Deathly Hallows" and his connection to Voldemort.

Answer: The Marauder's Map

The Marauder's Map does have a tendency to get stolen. Good thing the Twins managed to steal back what is rightly Harry's. You may think that Remus Lupin confiscated it after Snape got his hands on it. That was not the case; after all, he did invent it.

The Marauders are known by their code names in "Order of the Phoenix": Remus Lupin operates under the call sign Mooney, Peter Pettigrew is known as Wormtail and he is a spy who works for the Death Eaters and Voldemort, Sirius Black was Padfoot, and James was known as Prongs before he died. Harry was more careful after "Goblet of Fire"; he would never let the Marauder's Map out of his sight.

After the Marauders have died he would keep a close eye on it until his son happened to steal it in "Cursed Child" but Harry got it back.

Answer: Nimbus

It was the Nimbus 2000 Harry saw this broom the first day he went to Diagon Alley for his birthday. McGonagall bought him the broom four months later but unfortunately it was destroyed by the Whomping Willow during his final match against Hufflepuff in his third year. In "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban" it was replaced.

Answer: Firebolt

It was Firebolt. JK did leave clues in the book that it was new broomstick time. Everything from Harry receiving a broomstick kit for his birthday to Harry going over to the sports store to look at the broom. Harry just had to have it. But since the broom was expansive and he didn't want to overdraw his bank account he would have to wait. Fortunately the waiting period was over when the Nimbus 2000 was unfortunately destroyed when it crashed into the Whomping Willow after Harry fell off of it during his final Quidditch match against Hufflepuff. Sirius Black, seeing that his godson was in need, sent the Firebolt to Harry anonymously but is was confiscated immeditly by McGonagall.​ After it checked it to make sure it was not cursed Harry was allowed to finally use it.

It was lost along with most of Harry's possessions when he fell off the bike during the "Battle of the Seven Potters".

Answer: Hedwig

It was Hedwig. I still remember the day when Harry got her. She would be Harry's companion for all seven books. It was sad that she was taken from us the first casualty of the war against Voldemort. RIP Hedwig.

Answer: The Snitch

It was the Snitch. Harry almost swallowed it when he tried to grab it. Knowing this, Dumbledore hid the Resurrection Stone inside it after he harvested it from The Ring after it was destroyed. The Snitch would only open when Harry was headed to his final battle and the power of the "Deathly Hallows" is what ultimately defeated Voldemort.

Answer: Fabian Prewett

The watch belonged to Fabian Prewett. Although he was not good with his possessions he wore it the day that Dolohov killed him. It is tradition for a witch or wizard to receive a watch for their 17th birthday. This one is a bit dented and Harry would place it on the shelf of his office when he went to work at the Ministry of Magic.

Answer: The Photo Album

It would be the Photo Album. Harry would keep all the pictures of his adventures in here along with pictures of his family. I would call that a great gift.

Answer: 687

Vault 687 is Harry's vault. When Harry first went here in "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" Harry thought that he was so poor that he couldn't afford his school supplies. Fortunately James and Lily did not leave their son or their grandchildren without any money.

The Potters keep all of their money inside this vault and it is accessed with a single small key and a goblin who is tasked to hold the key.
