Answer: turtle

If you ever own a turtle, you'll find out that on land or in water, turtles aren't as slow as people think they are. Still, they and their tortoise cousins are no match for a hare!
2. People can ride him, and he likes to eat hay. He's kind of short, though, and his sound is a bray.

Answer: donkey

In the Bible, Mary rode a donkey because horses were symbols of war.
3. She is a lizard who is not very tall, But she's really good at climbing walls.

Answer: gecko

Geckoes have special hairs on their feet to help them climb. Scientists are studying gecko feet, in hopes that they'll find such a great way for humans to climb.

Answer: vulture

A vulture can live on rotten meat with germs that would kill almost any other animal.

Not all spiders use their silk to spin webs. Some make nets to throw with the silk, and many use their silk in different ways.

Answer: ant

An ant's sisters are mostly worker ants, who gather food. There is also a queen (the mother), some soldier ants to protect the colony, and some lazy drones (male ants) who are there to mate with the queen.

Answer: dolphin

Dolphins use sound to find their food by making a noise and hearing the way it echoes back. This is called echolocation.

How do you tell the difference between a monkey and an ape? Apes don't have tails.

Answer: peafowl

You might call all peafowl "peacocks," but that's just the name for the males. The females are called "peahens."
