Alexander the Great or Alexander III of Macedon (356 BC-323 BC) was born in Pella, Greece. At the age of twenty he succeeded his father Philip II to the throne. Alexander's steed, one of history's most famous horses, was Bucephalus.

Jason Alexander played the role of the "put-upon" loser George Costanza on the sitcom "Seinfeld" from 1989 to 1998. Jason has gone on to appear on other shows since then, including the unsuccessful "Listen Up" and "Curb Your Enthusiasm".
