Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Which of the items below does a plant cell have that an animal cell doesn't?

Answer: Cell Wall

The cell wall is a layer outside of the plasma membrane of a plant cell that is used to give the plant resistance and to protect the inside of the cell. The cell wall was discovered by Robert Hooke in 1665.
2. In photography, if one is to take a picture in a place with lots of light - excessive light, in fact - what should one do?

Answer: Increase shutter speed

The shutter speed in a camera determines how long the shutter of the camera stays open to expose the image to the film (or in a digital camera, the image sensor). The more light you have, the faster this speed should be. A low shutter speed also means you have to keep very still not to distort the image while the shutter is open.
3. What is the rabbit that appears in the mirror in the 2001 film "Donnie Darko" called?

The bunny rabbit that appears to him in the mirror is called Frank and bridges the gap between the universes of the story. The film stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Jena Malone, Drew Barrymore, Patrick Swayze, Noah Wyle, and Maggie Gyllenhaal.

For both these pairs of movements there is only one valve cycle, thus there needs to be a 2:1 gear ratio.
