True. The flags of Monaco and Indonesia are almost identical. Both have two equal horizontal bands with red at the top and white at the bottom. The shade of red is darker for the Monaco flag and there are differences in their proportions (Monaco at 4:5 and Indonesia at 2:3).

Red and white have been the colors of Monaco's House of Grimaldi since at least the 1300s. The current design of the flag was adopted on April 4, 1881, at the time of Charles III, Prince of Monaco. The Indonesian flag was presented and raised on August 17, 1945, during the country's Proclamation of Independence.

The Polish flag resembles these two flags but their stripes are inverted with the color white over the red stripe.
