Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. You receive an email in your inbox stating that you must pass the letter on to five different people or else suffer a dangerous fate. What is the common name for this type of email?

Answer: Chain letter

Chain letters have existed for quite a while but their prominence is clearly visible in the email inboxes (or junk mail folders) across the web. Quite often, these are scams. The general idea is to send the email to as many people as possible in order to fulfill somewhat of an objective (and in many cases, this objective will involve saving you from death or an unpleasantness). Attached to these emails, one will often find a quiz, an advertisement, or an unnecessary money hoax for a Nigerian president.
The concept for this can be seen in the film "The Ring", which uses the idea of a killer video tape that requires copying and viewing to be beaten. This is also explored in the online video series "5 or Die" by Tom Holland.

Answer: Hercule Poirot

The links golf course, often located in sandy, coastal areas, originated in Scotland in the 15th century and is the oldest style of golf course. 6. In which video game series do you see the links of different characters, and even enemies, in one of the other character's journal? (Hint: This is also the place you can see what you need to do, where you can go, and a little about each place you visited.)

Answer: Kingdom Hearts

In "Kingdom Hearts," you are given a companion to travel with. This companion is Jiminy the Cricket. He keeps records of everything you have done, things you have seen, and even how many of each enemy you have fought and beaten! It is all in his tiny journal. In one part of his journal, he draws pictures of your characters, the characters from that land, the enemies from that land, and, in "Kingdom Hearts 2", members of Organization XIII. This is how you can see which character relates to which character, and how. You can click each picture in this chart to see a brief description of each character. "Kingdom Hearts" was made for the PS2 in 2002, and the second was made in 2005.

On December 11, 2004, over five million people joined hands to form a human chain, 1,050 km (652.4 miles) long from Teknaf to Tentulia, Bangladesh. This event happened because people lost confidence in their government in Bangladesh and decided to protest.
