Mexican-born Anthony Quinn (1915-2001) had a movie career spanning the 1930s to the 2000s during which he won two Best Supporting Actor Oscars, and was nominated for two as Best Actor.
Movies: Both Aidan and Anthony have had movie careers. "The Mighty Quinn" was a 1989 movie starring Denzel Washington (as Xavier Quinn) and James Fox. Set in the Caribbean, it was a thriller involving large amounts of money, murder and wayward friends.
Music: "Quinn the Eskimo (The Mighty Quinn)" was written by Bob Dylan, and recorded both by him and by Manfred Mann in the 1960s. Its chorus, slightly altered, could be heard on the soundtrack of the movie mentioned above.
