10. I have led you to your destination unknown. You don't have to be a bookworm to solve this mystery. If you followed the clues you can decipher the clue of the common bond. Don't worry, this quiz may be murder, but it won't kill you. Who is the common bond?

Answer: Agatha Christie

The common bond is the British mystery author AGATHA CHRISTIE. Agatha Miller was born in Torquay, England on September 15, 1890. In 1914 she married Colonel Archibald Christie, an aviator in the Royal Flying Corps. Christie's first novel, "The Mysterious Affair at Styles" (1920), was also the first to feature her eccentric Belgian detective HERCULE Poirot. Surely one of the most famous fictional creations of all time, Poirot's "little grey cells" triumphed over devious criminals in 33 novels and many dozens of short stories. Christie's last published novel, "Sleeping Murder" (1976), featured her other world-famous sleuth, the shrewdly inquisitive Miss Jane Marple of St. Mary Mead. Miss Marple appeared in twelve novels, beginning with The Murder at the Vicarage in 1930.

She also published the mystery novel "DESTINATION UNKNOWN" in 1954. (for more info check out http://www.agathachristie.com/) The answers to the quiz are all book titles and they include (1) "The A.B.C. Murders," a mystery which featured her famous detective Hercule Poirot. (2) "SURPRISE, SURPRISE," a 1965 collection of short stories that were previoulsy published in earlier volumes . (3) The 1971 novel "NEMESIS" features Christie's spinster detective Jane Marple. (4) "The UNDERDOG and Other Stories" was a series of short stories that were written by Christie much earlier. (5) Christie's 1963 novel "The CLOCKS" also featured Poirot. (6) "The LABOURS OF HERCULES" was a collection of short stories featuring Hercule Poirot. (7) I hope you were able to pick out "THE CAT AMONG THE PIGEONS," a 1959 mystery featuring Poirot. (8) Christie published "THE PALE HORSE," a 1961 mystery that featured writer/detective Ariadne Oliver (the only novel that she appears in without Hercule Poirot) (9) One of Agatha Christie's best known works was her 1926 masterpiece "The Murder of Roger ACKROYD." Her seventh novel, "Ackroyd" featured Christie's Belgian detective Hercule Poirot and is noted as the book that made her internationally famous.

Her detective, Poirot, is also a famous character often portrayed on the big screen. Among the actors who have portrayed Poirot are Tony Randall, Peter Ustinov and Albert Finney, all of whom are incorrect answers in question.
