1. Which town in SE Alabama is famous for its monument to the boll weevil?

Answer: Enterprise

The town was founded in 1881 and was once a centre for growing cotton until in 1915 60% of the cotton was destroyed by the boll weevil. Farmers then turned to peanut growing and the area became one of the biggest producers of peanuts. In thanks the residents erected a monument to the boll weevil in 1919.
2. What do you call a person who uses a bow and arrow?

The Latin for archer is Sagittarius. Famous archers include Robin Hood, William Tell and the comic book hero, Green Arrow.
