They are all nicknames of the great Yankee Joe DiMaggio. He was a Major League Baseball center fielder who played his entire MLB career (1936-1951) for the New York Yankees.
2. Who starred in the TV shows "My Favorite Martian", "The Courtship of Eddie's Father" and "The Incredible Hulk"?

Answer: Bill Bixby

Bill Bixby starred in all of these TV shows. Sadly, he passed away due to prostate cancer at age 59 on November 21, 1993 in Century City, California. "The Courtship of Eddie's Father" ran from 1969-1972 and his characters name was Tom Corbett. He played Tim O'Hara in "My Favorite Martian" which aired from 1963-1966.

The role he is probably best known for of course is Doctor David Bruce Banner in "The Incredible Hulk" which was on TV from 1978-1982.

They are all Tennis Tournaments. The Davis Cup is the annual international team tennis competition for men. Federation Cup is the team competition in women's tennis, launched in 1963 to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the International Tennis Federation (ITF).

The Wightman Cup was a team tennis competition for women, it was played from 1923 to 1989 between teams from the United States and Great Britain.

Craig Stadler turned pro in 1976 and is known as "The Walrus", because of his mustache and portly size.
