Answer: San Francisco

No need for a car in San Francisco. With scores of 99, Chinatown and the Financial District are the most walkable parts of the city. Lakeshore, at a 66, is the least walkable.

Little Italy, Soho, and Tribeca each received perfect scores of 100, while Ardon Heights and Woodrow had the lowest walk scores of 42.

Portland is a mixed bag for walkers. Seven of its sixty neighborhoods, including the Pearl District (99), Chinatown (98) and the downtown area (96) received scores of 90 or above. Overall, Portland had a 66 walkability score.
