Anyang in Henan is the modern day name for the capital city also known as Yin during the Shang Dynasty.
2. Who was the first ruler of the Qin State (9th century BC-221 BC)?

Answer: Qin Ying

About six centuries before Qin Shi Huang united China under the Qin Dynasty, it was this man Qin Ying also known as Fei Zi that ruled the tiny Qin State bestowed upon him by then King Xiao of Zhou.
3. Who was the last of these to die during the Three Kingdoms Period (AD 220-280)?

Answer: Sun Quan

Dong Zhuo died in 192, Cao Cao in 220, Liu bei in 223 and that leaves Sun Quan who died in 252, the last survior of these few.

The 1911 revolution marked an important and meaningful turning point for all Chinese. It marked the end of the last of the imperial dynasty, the Qing. It was so called Xinhai because in 1911 the year that it started, Xinhai was the name for that year in the Chinese Calendar. In 1912 the last emperor, Puyi, abdicated and China became a repblic.
