They served under the Continental Congress and the Confederation Congress and were referred to as 'President of Congress' and later as 'President of the United States in Congress Assembled'. They are NOT included in the formal numbering of US Presidents.

The Battle of St. George's Caye took place on September 10, 1798 in which Britain defeated the Spanish to gain control of present-day Belize. However, in order not provoke Spain further, the area did not formally become a colony till 1862.

Acamapichtli ruled the Aztec Empire from 1375-1395 in what is now present-day Mexico.

The Olmecs lived in the tropical lowlands of south-central Mexico. The Olmecs started to decline around 400 BC because of climate changes that were affecting the food supply in the area. After a rapid decline, they basically became extinct.
