Sherry is a fortified, white wine. A fortified wine just means that another spirit has been added to it. Sherry is a dry wine, but may become sweeter after fortification.

Answer: Coffee

Blue Mountain coffee has a mild flavor. The Jamaicans also make an alcoholic drink called Tia Maria, which is a coffee liqueur.
