Answer: Aberdeen angus

The black angus is a breed of black hornless steer oeiginally bred in Scotland. It was brought to the U.S. in 1837 and replaced the longhorn as a beef steer.
2. What is the taste of Absinthe?

Answer: Bitter

It is an Anise flavored, bitter green cordial. It was discovered to have harmful effects on health and to be habit forming. The U.S. banned it in 1912. It was replaced in cocktails by Anise flavored liquors like Ojen and Herbsaint.
3. What is army chicken?

Answer: Franks and Beans

It was a World War II army slang for frankfurters and beans. Many military foods were given special names such as bug juice for Kool Ade.
4. What kind of meat is andouille?

Answer: Pork

It is a highly seasoned smoked pork sausage. It is commonly made from neck and stomach meat. It is a speciality of Cajun cooking and is used to flavor gumbo's and jambalaya's.

It is a large eyed, silvery Hawaiian fish. Its name derives from the Hawaiian "to strip away", because the fish were used to drive away evil spirits.
10. What is the flavor of Amaretto?

Answer: Almond

It has the flavor of almonds and is often made from apricot pits. As a liquor it was imported into the U.S. in the 1960's and by 1980 it was second to Kahlua. It is also sometimes used for toppings and in flavoring pies, cakes and coffee.
