Answer: Applewood

Applewood is a Smoked Cheddar and has a deep orange colour and a rich flavour.
2. We've managed to get a lift as far as Derbyshire. Derby Cheese is a warm honey colour. However, it is often given a marbled green colour by adding which herb?

Answer: Sage

Once you get over the unusual colour, this is a delicious, mild cheese. It is now more popular than the standard Derbyshire cheese.
3. We now travel across to Wales. They make a cheese here that is named after an Abbey. Oh, and you'll notice the cheese has a green rind. What cheese is this?

Answer: Tintern

Tintern cheese is flavoured with chives and shallots and is absolutely delicious melted on toast!

Bishop Kennedy is a soft runny cheese that is washed in Whisky to give it its distinct flavour.

Caboc is Scotland's oldest cheese. It is a beautiful primrose yellow colour and is so rich you don't need to add butter to your crackers.

Answer: Shipcord and Hawkston are both Suffolk Cheeses

Shipcord and Hawkston cheeses are named for the river meadows on the farm where they are produced.

Answer: Double Gloucester and Stilton

Huntsman is one or more layers of Stilton sandwiched between layers of Double Gloucester.
