Answer: Garbanzo Beans

Chickpeas are a great source of fiber. Garbanzo Beans I found in a recipe book. The Chi-Chi bean is also the same. Chickpeas are great with Mexican food such as tacos. I also put them in my spaghetti.
2. A wonderful tasty herb is called Cilantro. What would I call it in Australia?

Answer: Coriander

Coriander is a herb with a very strong flavor. Do not use too much. Australians would go to the fruit shop and ask for Coriander. In America you may refer to Coriander as the seed, and Cilantro as the leaves.
3. Eggplant, no it's not a plant that grows eggs, it is another name for which of these? Eggplant is what Australians, Americans, New Zealanders and Canadians call it. What do the British call it?

Answer: Aubergine

Eggplant can also be called 'brinjal' Try and cook some eggplant on the BBQ. When cooking a recipe off the internet I came across aubergine. I thought, great,where will I get one of those? I asked at the fruit shop and discovered it was an eggplant. Not really one of my favorites.
4. You could serve a Pound Cake in the USA, or perhaps you would serve this equivalent if in Australia?

Answer: Madeira Cake

Pound cake contains a pound each of flour, butter, eggs and sugar. Madeira Cake may have lemon zest added. A British pound cake includes fruit.

Answer: Rice Krispies

Rice Bubbles are great for breakfast, mix with Milo and you have coco pops, or add some butter and marshmallows for a great slice.

Answer: Confectioners' Sugar

There are many types of icing sugar, for different needs, icing mixture contains cornflour (cornstarch) while pure icing sugar does not. Icing Sugar can also be called powder sugar.

Answer: Candy

Candy will give you a sugar hit, they are sweet (those in the UK call them sweets.) Those in Australia and the UK may also use the term 'confectionery' Whatever name you use Candy, Lolly, Confectionery or sweets they are all YUM!

A red capsicum is also know as a red cap, or red pepper. A green capsicum is known as a green cap or green pepper. Many people like Capsicum raw, I prefer it cooked. It is rather nice in a stir fry. Don't eat the seeds though.
