Answer: Edinburgh - Emptying out slops into the street

A gardyloo is a Scottish warning cry from a housewife before she is about to empty her slops into the street below, from her window. It comes from the French 'garde a l'eau' meaning beware the water.

Answer: Fish

A gwyniad is a white-fleshed fish very similar to salmon. It originates from the Welsh 'gwyn' meaning white.

Answer: Bewitched

Gramarye is magic or necromancy.

A gricer is a train spotter. The origin of the word is unsure but it is possible that it comes from the 1930s when these train spotters would trample the grouse moors watching the new steam locomotives go by. Hence grousers became gricers.
