Graendal told Sammael that Mesaana was in the White Tower. During an earlier meeting, Mesaana had told the other Forsaken that the storerooms inside the White Tower were being guarded and it would be impossible to steal an angreal or sa'angreal from them.

The exiled Aes Sedai decided to choose their own Amyrlin. They thought that it should be someone who had not been in Tar Valon when Siuan was deposed. Egwene was not yet Aes Sedai, but the laws stated that the Amyrlin Seat was Aes Sedai so she would be raised automatically. These rebel Aes Sedai also believed that Egwene would be easy to manipulate due to her youth and inexperience.

Answer: Olver

Mat rescued Olver from being beaten for sitting on a Hunter for the Horn's horse. A 9-year old, homely little boy, Olver was an orphan who had lost his father to the Shaido and his mother to illness. Olver attached himself to Mat and the Band, picking up some bad habits along the way. Nalesean entered Olver and his horse, Wind, in races while Mat and his men were in Ebou Dar "protecting" Elayne and Nynaeve.

Every land was experiencing terrible heat and drought as the Dark One touched the world from his prison. While in Tel'aran'rhiod, Elayne and Nynaeve searched with need and were shown a bowl among many items in a storeroom located somewhere in Ebou Dar. Elayne thought it was a ter'angreal which could affect the weather. Unfortunately they were unable to pinpoint exactly where the bowl was hidden so they needed to travel physically to Ebou Dar to search.

The Wise Ones believed that once you found something with need, you were unable to do so again since you had already found it.

Answer: Erith

Elder Haman and Loial's mother, Covril, who was a great Speaker, traveled from Stedding Shangtai to seek out Rand while he was in Caemlyn. The Ogier were worried that Loial had been out of the stedding for too long and brought Erith with them to marry Loial. Erith was the young Ogier who had given Loial a flower while he and Rand and his party spent time in Stedding Tsofu in Book 2: "The Great Hunt." Rand thought that Loial was with Perrin in the Two Rivers, so he made a gateway that opened near the Two Rivers so that the Ogier could find Loial quickly.

Answer: Became a liveried servant

Sulin spoke to gai'shan as if they were Maidens when she needed to call guards quickly for Rand. Rand, who had earlier dismissed most of the guards, decided he wanted to travel which left Sulin with only a short time to call for aid. The Aiel believed a servant's job to be shameful so Sulin became one to do penance for her error. To make matters worse for her, Rand made her his personal servant.

Answer: Hand of the Dark

Shaidar Haran, "Hand of the Dark" in the Old Tongue, is the Myddraal-like being who leads the Chosen to the pit when they visit the Dark One's prison at Shayol Ghul. The Chosen are unsure where he stands but he seems to have much more power than a Myddraal so the Forsaken are wary around him.

Siswai'aman are the "spears of the dragon," the Aiel who wear the red headbands with Rand's sign.

The Sea Folk, or Atha'an Miere, are the "people of the sea."

The Tinkers, or Tuatha'an, are the "traveling people."

Answer: Hama N'dore

Rand visited what the men refer to as the Black Tower. He told them that they would start out as Soldiers, then become Dedicated and receive a silver sword pin to be worn on their collars. When they became adept at wielding saidin, they would be Asha'man and receive a golden dragon pin. Rand said that Asha'man translated to Guardian in the Old Tongue.

Hama N'dore is the Mountain Dancers warrior society of the Aiel.

Answer: Yes

Vandene and Adeleas came to Salidar after Elayne and Nynaeve had arrived. Vandene is of the Green Ajah and Adeleas is of the Brown. They had left the White Tower many years ago and appeared old even for Aes Sedai. They were sent with Elayne and Nyneave to Ebou Dar to find the ter'angreal that would change the weather.

Answer: White

Rand thought it looked like two strange cats sizing each other up when Berelain and Min met. Min said that Berelain would be "snubbed up" sooner or later and that she saw "just a man in white who would make her fall head over heels." Berelain had taken to flirting with Perrin again to make good on the threats she had made to Faile when they were in Tear.

I'm not positive, but I have a hunch that this man will turn out to be Galad because he is wearing white. Galad is one of the Children of the Light and they dress in white.
