Because Stoneface killed a king, Sam Vimes wasn't allowed to have a coat of arms anymore. He was told this by Dragon King of Arms in the book 'Feet of Clay'.

3. Who is Archancellor Mustrum Ridcully's brother?

Answer: Hughnon

Archchancellor Mustrum Ridcully was first introduced in 'Moving Pictures'. His brother, Hughnon Ridcully is the High Priest of Blind Io, and Ankh-Morpork's religious spokesman.
