Moses Bedemeir, along with a local priest and others, joined up to start a vigilante killing spree against drug dealers. It seems they got tired of waiting for the police to clean up the streets and took matters into their own hands.

Sugar and Sally Sweet are both transvestites that play in a band together and are also roomies. Sugar develops a crush on Sally and flies into a jealous rage when Sally starts to hang out with Stephanie. He sets fire to her apartment and later tries to kill Stephanie outside of a gay club.

Stephanie's Uncle Fred disappeared one day while running errands. He went to the bank, picked up his dry cleaning, and then disappeared into thin air. Stephanie's family asks her to investigate his disappearance.

Answer: Randy Briggs

Randy Briggs is an FTA (a Failure To Appear in court according to their bond) that Stephanie is asked to bring in. After a few failed attempts, she manages to capture him and in the process beat him up and trash his apartment. Along with being a "midget beater" she has to cope with Randy as her new room-mate while the damage to his apartment is being fixed.

After Stephanie destroys yet another car, Ranger gives her a Porsche to drive as payment for her doing the occasional job for him. Sadly the Porsche is vaporized when leaving a parking lot; she gets side-swiped by a garbage truck. While inside the garbage company's office, the car explodes and the remains are crushed when the garbage truck falls on top of it. Luckily the fender-bender saved Stephanie from being blown to smithereens.

He later replaces the Porsche with a BMW.

The Rollswagon is a one of a kind car. The front end is a vintage Rolls Royce and the body is from an ancient Volkswagen Beetle. Mooner's friend, The Dealer, lets him loan Stephanie the car after he sets her Honda Civic on fire.

While Stephanie is staking out the Ramos compound in hopes of finding Ranger, Alexander Ramos sneaks out of the house to escape his health-conscious family. He offers to pay Stephanie if she will take him to a bar and to get cigarettes. This happens more than once and gives Stephanie some small leads in her investigation.

Answer: Trying to talk a woman down from a bridge

"Hot Six" opens with Stephanie attempting to talk Carol Zabo into coming down from a bridge over the Delaware. Why is Carol on top of a bridge? Well the story goes that Carol was shoplifting a pair of sexy panties and in her rush to get away ran into a parked police car and fled the scene.

She was caught and, faced with the prospect of jail time, decided she would rather die. Stephanie eventually talks her down by pointing out the lack of practicality of jumping into the river. After all, Carol's freshly highlighted hair would be ruined and so would her $400 leather jacket.

Sofia DeStefano is the wife of the mafioso that Eddie DeChooch cut the heart out of. After learning that the Mooner and Dougie were the last people to see the heart, she kidnaps them and locks them in a dark room in her basement. She might have left them there forever if Ranger and Stephanie hadn't ridden to the rescue.

Throughout much of the series Ranger and Stephanie have come dangerously close to crossing the line of friends into lovers. They often flirt with each and make suggestive comments that left readers hoping they would get together. In this installment, Stephanie asks Ranger for help in bringing in Eddie DeChooch. Ranger agrees to help her but says there will be a price and that price is a night with her. Stephanie agrees with little argument and stresses about it throughout the novel.

Eddie Abruzzi sends his goons to harass Stephanie disguised as different things. The bunny idea came from their first encounter where Stephanie mentioned that she like bunnies. The others were not seen quite as much as the bunny but were just as disconcerting as the rest.

Despite Ranger's warnings that Abruzzi should leave Stephanie alone, he kidnapped her and her sister Valerie. He then proceeded to torture Stephanie with a hot poker for information that she didn't have. Valerie rescued her by driving a van through the house that Stephanie was being tortured in. Once the girls made it back to safety, Morelli asks Ranger how he wants to handle this situation; he replies that he'll take care of it.

The next day Ranger calls to say that Abruzzi is dead and Stephanie realizes that Ranger killed him because of her.

Clyde is pretty much a psycho who created a game where people killed in order to kill the "prize" and then move on to another game. When Stephanie gets called in to investigate one of game player's disappearance, she inadvertently becomes Clyde's new target.

He put the hostages in the warehouse to encourage Stephanie to run and try to rescue them. Albert Kloughn was duck-taped to a chair with a bomb strapped to his chest. On a funnier note, Lula was wrapped in rope and duck-tape then hung from a ceiling fan much to the amusement of Ranger and his Merry Men.

Answer: Stephanie will live a long life and that her car is going to blow up soon

By the end of the ninth installment, Grandma Bella has predicted that Joe will marry a blonde woman, that Stephanie will die young leaving young children without a mother, and other unpleasant predictions. Joe's mother and Grandma Bella stop by to drop off a coffee cake and before leaving she gives another prediction.

She tells Stephanie that the man married to a blonde was not Joe, and that she is not going to die. She also tells Stephanie that her car will blow up soon, thankfully without her inside.

This last part is no surprise Stephanie Plum fans, it's almost second nature for Stephanie to destroy her cars.

Stephanie's granduncle Sandor owned a '52 Buick, also known as Big Blue, in mint condition. After his death, the car was parked in her parent's garage and serves as a back-up whenever Stephanie manages to ruin another car.

The first novel in the "Plum" series introduces us to Stephanie Plum who has just lost her job as an underwear buyer and is currently avoiding the man trying to repossess her car. She could not find any other work and decided to ask her cousin Vinnie for a job. He gave her one week to capture an FTA and she succeeded.
