She blackmailed Vinnie into giving her a job by threatening to tell his wife, umm, some very personal things. Morelli is actually a cop, not a construction worker. He is also her on again/off again boyfriend.

Stephanie has had a lot of things happen to her cars, but the one consistent thing is they keep getting blown up! She has even managed to get a couple of other people's cars blown up or set on fire as well!
