"The Walking Dead" Graphic Novel: Part Sixteen Quiz

Answer: Dale's hat

Andrea was in her house alone after talking with Rick. She was in the dark having a conversation with herself. She realized that she was attracted to Rick, even before being with Dale. Andrea realized she was talking to Dale's hat, so she threw it down and told herself she wouldn't do that.

Answer: Coffee

Carl woke Rick up late at night after having a bad nightmare; afterwards Rick couldn't get back to sleep. He groggily asked Olivia if there was any coffee left and she informed him that there was none left. Rick had sent out a large group to look for supplies. They came back with some, but found no coffee.

Answer: Just talk

Abraham and Michonne scouted the area right outside of the community and met Paul Morgan, also known as Jesus to his friends. He had his face mostly covered with clothing. Jesus demanded to see their leader, so Michonne ran and got Rick. The three of them were very suspicious of Jesus because they had rightfully grown paranoid of others.

The stranger kept claiming all he wanted to do was talk.

Answer: Guns and ammunition

Jesus claimed that his community housed nearly two hundred people. He noticed that Abraham's machine gun had bullets and explained that his group was long out of ammunition. Jesus also pointed out that the guns he carried were just for show and had no bullets. He wanted to set up trades with Rick's community, claiming that his group had set up a successful farm.

Answer: He knocked him unconscious

Wisely, Rick was very wary of Jesus. The stranger stood on a car and boasted of the great trades they could make. Rick reached up and pretended to shake his hand but pulled him to the ground. He kicked Jesus until he lost consciousness and had Michonne and Abraham tie him up.

When Jesus woke up, he was tied up to a chair inside of Rick's community. Rick would do anything to keep the others safe.

Answer: Come up with alternative weapons

Rick was worried that Jesus had people about to attack the community so he immediately organized his inner group of people. He wanted to make sure they were prepared for any attack. He had Andrea go up to her usual tower and search for anyone and told Denise to prepare her medicines for any sort of wound. Rick told Eugene that he was smart and he wanted him to brainstorm to come up with weapons since they would run out of bullets eventually. Later on Eugene claimed he could create new bullets out of the old casings.

Answer: Carl

While Rick was organizing for a possible attack, Carl visited Jesus, who was still tied up. They had a conversation and they both seemed to like one another. When Rick gathered his friends into the old RV, Carl snuck along. As soon as they came to rest by a gas station, Carl revealed himself and once again told his dad he thought Jesus was a good man.

Answer: False

Jesus was telling the truth about the food situation. He brought Rick and his friends to the "Hilltop" and invited them in. Immediately they witnessed an entire community at work. They even saw chickens in pens running amok. When Rick, Glenn, Andrea, and Michonne left their arms were filled with boxes of food.

Answer: The Saviors

After Ethan returned to his home, he explained that two other members of his group had been killed and another, Crystal, was supposedly being held captive. Jesus explained that his community was providing half of their supplies to a tough group known as The Saviors, lead by a cruel man named Negan. Negan would sometimes hurt the people giving him food, and even kill them.

Answer: They cremated Ethan

Ethan stabbed the community's leader, Gregory, and ended up being killed by Rick. Everyone was disgusted with Rick but Jesus helped calm them down by explaining that it was self-defense. Later that evening Rick couldn't sleep and ran into a ceremony being held for Ethan. They were cremating his body; Rick thought that made sense since it prevented Ethan from rising from the dead.
