Answer: Class Action

"Class Action" is a riveting, thought-provoking movie. It has solid performances by all involved, and also stars Laurence Fishburne, Donald Moffat, Jonathan Silverman, Colin Friels, Joanna Merlin, Jan Rubes and Fred Dalton Thompson.
6. Gene Hackman has a plot to change the geography of the United States, and Margot Kidder's boyfriend, who flies and wears a cape, is the man who can stop him from carrying out his diabolical plan.

Answer: Superman

Christopher Reeve played the part of Clark Kent/Superman in this movie, and in three sequels (he wrote the story for "Superman IV"). Clark Kent's adoptive parents were played by screen veterans Glenn Ford and Phyllis Thaxter, and the movie also starred Ned Beatty, Jackie Cooper, Trevor Howard, Valerie Perrine, Jeff East, Terence Stamp and Susannah York. "Superman" was nominated for three Academy awards, and received a Special Achievement Award for Visual Effects.
7. Margot Kidder is visiting Malta to write a mystery novel. Robert Hays is a CIA agent who begins investigating her after information that people are killing each other to obtain falls into her hands.

Answer: Trenchcoat

I like to watch this movie just for the scenery. It shows a bit of everything that Malta has to offer. From 1983, the movie also stars David Suchet, Gila von Weitershausen, Daniel Faraldo, Ronald Lacey and John Justin. It's a bit cheesy, but also entertaining.
8. Robert Hays is forced to fly and land a plane full of sick people, while Lloyd Bridges laments the fact that he just can't give up his addictions this week.

Answer: Airplane!

Although spoofing the "Airport" disaster movies, "Airplane!" is mostly a spoof of the movie "Zero Hour!", starring Dana Andrews, Linda Darnell and Sterling Hayden, from 1957. Watch it if you get the chance. It's a drama, but some of the lines in "Airplane!" were lifted directly from this movie. So you picture them in the "Airplane!" context and just have to laugh. "Airplane!" also starred Julie Hagarty, Robert Stack, Peter Graves, Leslie Nielsen and Otto, the Inflatable Autopilot, as himself.
9. Lloyd Bridges and Isabella Rossellini play on-again, off-again relatives in this multi-wedding movie. Larry (Ted Danson) and Maria's (Rossellini) spouses are having an affair, but they refuse to retaliate by having an affair of their own. Eventually they form a friendship which leads to love.

Answer: Cousins

At the first wedding, Maria's mother marries Vince's (Lloyd Bridges) brother Phil, making Maria Vince's step-niece. Phil dies and Maria's mother later marries Vince, making Maria his step-daughter. From 1989, "Cousins" stars Ted Danson, Sean Young, William L. Peterson, Norma Aleandro and Keith Coogan.
10. Isabella Rossellini plays one of Gary Oldman's loves in this poignant film, from 1994, about the life and loves of Ludwig von Beethoven.

Answer: Immortal Beloved

Gary Oldman gives an outstanding performance as Ludwig van Beethoven. The movie also stars Valeria Golino, Jeroen Krabbe, Johanna ter Steege, Marco Hofschneider and Gerard Horan. Although the piano pieces are played by Murray Perahia, Gary Oldman practiced five hours a day so that his movements would be in time with Perahia's.
