Answer: Norma

Norma Watson, played by PJ Soles, is the girl who uses her cap to show her disappointment in Carrie's lack of athletic skill. Later, Norma helps her best friend Chris Hargensen pull off a vile practical joke sending Carrie into a deadly rage. The joke results in a lot of deaths including Chris and Norma. PJ also stars in "Halloween" (1978) and "The Possessed" (1977).

Miss Collins is very disturbed by the girls behavior and the fact that Carrie doesn't know about menustration. Miss Collins tries to console a curled up Carrie, who is against the wall in shock. Óddly, Carrie's panic seems to shatter an overhead light bulb suddenly.

"We're all very sorry about this incident Cassie" are the words Principal Morten speaks. When he calls her Cassie for the third time Carrie tears up and shouts out "It's Carrie!" Miss Collins is almost hit by an airborne ashtray. Carrie runs out of the office and heads home.

Answer: It throws the boy off

The boy hollers "Creepy Carrie!, Creepy Carrie!" Carrie stops the bike quickly and sends the kid hurtling to the ground. He looks at her in bewilderment as he rubs his injured knee. Brian DePalma, who directed "Carrie", uses Betty Buckley's voice for this teasing line. Betty plays the role of the gym teacher Miss Collins. The boy is portrayed by a DePalma relative.

Answer: "I'll drink to that!"

Mrs. Snell in fact, has a drink in her hand when she says "I'll drink to that!" When she raises the glass to show her enthusiasm, she stops herself, remembering the religious fanatic in front of her. Priscilla Pointer, who is Pam Ewing's biological mother on "Dallas", portrays Mrs. Snell.

Answer: "I pray you find Jesus!"

Sue enters through the kitchen as the two mothers are talking and hears the tail end of their conversation. When Margaret White leaves, Sue comes up behind her mother and asks what Mrs. White wanted. Mrs. Snell does not hear her daughter come in and is surprised. Piper Laurie who plays Margaret White also appears in "The Faculty" (1998) as Miss Olsen and "The Hustler" (1961)
as Sarah Packard.

Mrs. White knows Carrie is listening and calls her downstairs. Carrie asks her mother who was on the phone. Mrs. White informs Carrie she is a woman now, but mistakes her biological process as a sexual one. She immediately strikes Carrie with a book and forces her to repent her sin. Carrie tries to explain the horror she went through but Margaret insists on perceiving the situation as teenage lust. Margaret informs Carries that it was that teacher of hers calling.

"And Eve was weak and loosed the raven on the world...and the raven was called sin." Margaret further recites lines from the book and tries to make Carrie believe that her blood is a curse. Poor Carrie is dragged, by her mother, into a cramped closet to pray for hours. Piper Laurie didn't care for the role of Margaret White at first until she was told that there was a humorous side to it. She then read back over the lines with a fresh perspective. She still managed to bring a sinister feel to the character.

Answer: Hotshots

Miss Collins is running her class ragged, hoping this will teach them a lesson on cruelty. "One, two!...One, two!", "Get your knees up!", "Come on you hotshots!" Chris Hargensen steps out of line twice when she stops and then confronts Miss Collins. Miss Collins winds up slapping Chris. Chris stomps off the field and tells the teacher "This isn't over by a long shot". Carrie is spared this scene by being in study hall when this happens.

Answer: behind the bleachers

Tommy is running down the athletic track and spots Sue at the gate. She says she wants to talk to him and as they head out past the bleachers, Sue asks Tommy to do something important and take Carrie White to the prom. They later get jumped by Miss Collins, who is afraid they will make Carrie look silly again.

Answer: Chevelle SS

The SS is apparent, at a distance, on the grill of the red 1967 Chevrolet. Billy then does a U-turn after cussing out Chris. Novas were one of the most popular make of Chevy in the '70s. It was fitting that a car representing speed be matched to a reckless couple. It is a shame that such a sharp ride is demolished later on in the film.

Answer: They will move away.

"We'll move away from here and you'll never see that boy again!" are the exact words spoken by an adamant Mrs. White. Carrie tries to tell her mother that everything isn't a sin. She then shows Mrs. White her power and shuts the windows. Mrs. White calls her a witch, who acquired the power from her father. Carrie tells Mrs. White "Things are going to change around here".

Answer: "Don't worry; you're going to be in on it too"

Norma giggles as Chris quietly details the steps of her plot. Norma thinks all the harassment is a big joke. The joke will later be on her and the rest of the senior class. Nancy Allen, who plays Chris, also stars in "Dressed to Kill" (1980). Nancy and John Travolta play romantic opposites once again in "Blowout" (1981). These two thrillers are also directed by Brian DePalma.

Answer: "What the hell?"

Tommy looks up after a huge blood splatter and notices the bucket hanging overhead. He becomes enraged and starts to yell but is knocked unconscious by the plummeting bucket. The only words he got out before he was fatally interrupted were "What the hell...?" The vocals were muted to accommodate the laughter Carrie thought she was hearing from the crowd. Tommy's complete sentence will rest in peace with him.

Answer: huddled on the kitchen floor

Carrie is sent rolling down the stairs into the living room. She crawls into a corner of the kitchen. Her knife-wielding mother raises the weapon to stab Carrie again and is pierced with seven utensils. She is poised in the archway like a crucifix. Carrie is right across from her mother's dead body. Carrie, being mortified, uses her power for protection and directs the utensils toward Mrs. White.
