Kadaj is speaking to Rufus in this particular scene right at the beginning of the film. After he speaks his first line he does say, "You destroy everything you touch." The other two incorrect answers are made up.

This is the first part of a monologue that Marlene says explaining a little of the back story from the original "Final Fantasy VII" game. This also gives us a brief introduction of what is going on two years after the game's conclusion.

As for the incorrect answers they are all true but Marlene does not actually say these lines in the film. These lines are said in the "Final Fanatsy VII" game set before the film. They are said in Bugenhagen's (Red XIII's grandfather's) laboratory when he explains the study of Planet Life to three of your party members, and this is also where Cloud stores the Huge Matreia you collect later in the game.

This is also said near the beginning of the film and this is the first time you see Tifa in the film and she is cleaning the bar in Seventh Heaven. The radio broadcasts several things about the Lifestream and Mako concentration and where to stay away from. As in answer to the question that is asked, I would say, "Yes!"

Answer: "Then swear on these."

When Kadaj speaks this line he flicks two ID cards at Rufus. They land on the floor and are spattered with blood and bear the faces of Tseng and Elena of the Turks. Rufus and the rest of the Shin-Ra company are known for being liars and this is probably the reason Kadaj does not trust his words. However, Tseng and Elena are not dead as they appear later in the film.

Kadaj is rowing with one of the Turks on the phone (my money would be on Reno) and he says this line after saying he doesn't believe that they don't know where "Mother" (Jeonova's Head) is.

Answer: "And what are we up to?"

Loz and Yazoo think the monument they are gonna pull down is where "Mother" (Jenova's head) is hidden because Loz says, "This thing, monument thing - Shin-Ra made it." They are convinced through most of the film that Shin-Ra are hiding "Mother" and in all fairness they are right.

Answer: "I'd rather not know."

This seems a bit of a strange answer as Vincent later on in the film says, "Kadaj is a Remnant of Sephiroth. Think of him as a sort of larvae form." It just seems kind of a strange that he doesn't tell Cloud this when he asked him.

Answer: "Is this the pain you felt before?"

All the options for the answer are spoken by Sephiroth during this lengthy (and very cool!) fight scene. Of the four lines, the correct answer is the last one spoken. As for the other three, the first one spoken is "I've thought of a wonderful present for you," followed by "On your knees I want you to beg for forgiveness," and finally "Shall I give you despair?" The lines Sephiroth says in this film are brilliantly said by George Newbern, who did his voice. Very malevolent!

Answer: "You want off jump! Get off my back!"

This scene with Cloud and Kadaj fighting is split with scenes of the other characters on the airship. The actual conversation that is said in the airship is quite lengthy so you have to watch carefully to keep up with what is going on in the fight and what is being said in the conversation between the characters aboard the airship.

Some of the lines said on the airship are quite humorous (such as Yuffie complaining that Cid is being sexist!) and give the film a little light relief, which is nice.

Answer: "He'll come back he said that he would."

Denzel is surprisingly optimistic after seeing this explosion. You also see Tifa shout "Cloud!" after the explosion just before Denzel says this as the explosion looks like certain death. Cloud somehow survives and proves Denzel right. Cloud then helps the remaining children who still have Geo-Stigma.
