Answer: Red XIII

We actually see Red XIII and his cubs in the first scene of the movie. This scene continues right where we left off from the game "Final Fantasy VII". In this scene we see Red XIII and his two cubs roaring over Mideel.

Answer: Delivery Boy

Because of the events that took place in "Final Fantasy VII", SOLDIER no longer exists. Cloud was a mercenary in the game "Final Fantasy VII", after his association with SOLDIER, whom he served prior to the story in the game. Since the game "Final Fantasy VII", Cloud has taken up delivering packages, as he tells Rufus when he denies his request to become Rufus' bodyguard.

Answer: Kadaj

The remnants are three new characters to the story. Their ultimate goal is to accomplish an event they call their Reunion. Kadaj is the remnant chosen to carry out the Reunion, when it occurs, and he is looked up to by his remnant brothers Yazoo and Loz, as is often seen throughout the movie.

Answer: Loz

Loz, one of the remnant brothers, appears at the church in search for someone he simply refers to as Mother. He finds Tifa and Marlene and asks Tifa if she wants to play. Tifa senses that this stranger is very dangerous and sends Marlene to the side as she begins to fight him.

Answer: Vincent

Cloud leaves Midgar to rescue the Geostigma-stricken children who have been abducted by the remnants. He arrives at the Forgotten City only to be ambushed by the remnants and also by the children, who have seemingly been possessed by the remnants. In his fight with Kadaj, Yazoo and Loz, he is overwhelmed. Near the end of the fight, Cloud finds himself being attacked by Kadaj, who is just about to finish him off. Vincent then flies in from out of nowhere and rushes to protect Cloud, while opening-fire at the remnants.

Then, at the most opportune moment, Vincent carries Cloud off away from the scene to safety.

Answer: An overcompensation of the immune system to eliminate Jenova's cells

While Cloud and Vincent talk as they rest, Vincent brings Cloud up to speed on the likeness and intentions of the remnants. During Vincent's explanation he discusses the cause of Geostigma, its relation to Kadaj, Yazoo and Loz, and the remnants intentions to use Geostigma and the cells in Jenova's head to recreate Sephiroth.

This also makes it clear to Cloud that the Mother Kadaj often refers to is actually Jenova.

Answer: Bahamut

In an earlier scene at the Forgotten City wee see Kadaj equip a pale blue materia, which we now see is a Bahamut Summon materia. In this scene Rufus mentions to Kadaj that humanity and the Lifestream would always rise up and be victorious over opposing forces. Kadaj then responds to Rufus' confidence and cockiness by summoning Bahamut over Midgar.

Answer: Kadaj pours Jenova's cells on himself, thus completing his Reunion.

After Kadaj senses defeat, he makes a last-minute move and throws Jenova's head at Cloud, causing him to instinctively slash at it. Kadaj then leaps at it and pours the cells from the newly opened head onto him. With the Jenova cells now mixed in with his blood, Kadaj completes his Reunion, which causes him to transform into Sephiroth.

Answer: The pleasure of taking away the thing Cloud cherishes most

Sephiroth returns to battle Cloud and to once again attempt to destroy the planet and use it as a vessel for interstellar travel. During a long and intense fight, Sephiroth wounds a physically exhausted Cloud and asks for the pleasure of taking away Cloud's most cherished possessions and/or loved ones. Cloud fights back and defeats Sephiroth with a Limit not previously seen in the game "Final Fantasy VII".

Answer: Aerith and Zack

Cloud awakens in the water in the church after a final encounter with Yazoo and Loz. Cloud then uses the curative water in the church to relieve the sick children of their Geostigma. As the excited children play in the water, Cloud looks up and sees Aerith and Zack leaving the church and finally achieves inner peace as he reassures himself by saying "I'm not alone".
