This is the first film I had seen Christian in and I was impressed by his performance. He played the role of Patrick Bateman, a self absorbed spoiled brat. It is not totally clear to me if the murders were all in his head. In one scene in the film, Patrick thought he killed his rival, Paul Allen. We saw Paul sitting in a chair with his back to Patrick. Patrick was dressed in a plastic suit that covered his expensive suit. He snuck up behind the intoxicated Paul and killed him with an axe. In a later scene, it was revealed that Paul was away on business and was quite well.

In the beginning of the film, we saw Patrick doing his daily workout in his white briefs. He was narrating to the audience the specific exercise and how many times he performed that exercise. He then went over his daily hygiene procedures. He described how he moisturized his skin and the specific products he used. He was definitely a narcissus.

"American Psycho" was released in the year 2000. It was directed by Mary Harron, who also directed "I Shot Andy Warhol". The film starred Reese Witherspoon as Patrick's fiancee, Evelyn Williams.

Answer: Troy was sitting on the toilet at the country club reading a magazine about guns.

The Goonies, led by Mikey and Brand, were in search of One Eyed Willie's treasure. They come to a cave with pipes running through it and Mouth told them to bang on the bars. The whole gang started to bang on the pipes to get noticed and hopefully rescued. The pipes were the plumbing pipes for the country club. Troy was sitting on the toilet reading a gun magazine when the water pressure threw him up and off the toilet. We saw Troy's red bikini briefs as he was thrown in the air.

Steve Antin starred as the self absorbed Troy. He wanted to date Andy, but Andy liked Brand. In one scene, Brand was riding a little girl's bike when Troy pulled up along side him in his car. Andy and Stef were in the car with Troy. Andy offered Brand a ride and Troy grabbed his arm and sped off in his car. Troy let go off Brand's arm and Brand went flying off the road.

"The Goonies" was directed by Richard Donner, and was released in 1985. It starred Sean Astin and Josh Brolin as Mikey and Brand Walsh. It also starred Corey Feldman as Mouth and Martha Plimpton as Stef. This is one of my favorite films because of the wonderful actors and the chemistry between them.

Answer: Risky Business

This is probably one of the most recognized and parodied scenes from a movie. The song "Old Time Rock and Roll" came on and then we saw Tom slide over in his white socks. He was dancing around in his white briefs and a button down shirt. We saw Tom jump on the couch and kick his legs in the air and we saw his white cotton briefs again. He was celebrating because his parents had left him in the house by himself.

Tom played Joel Goodson in the film. He was a good son and student. His parents were tightly wound and seemed to keep him on a tight leash. When they went out of town, he seemed to get out of control. He hired a prostitute and then became her pimp. He mad a great deal of money, but her former pimp robbed his house. The former pimp sold all of his parent's furnishings back to him for the money he made.

"Risky Business" was released in 1983. It was directed by Paul Brickman. The film also starred a young Rebecca De Mornay. The soundtrack to the film was amazing - it featured Bob Seger doing "Old Time Rock and Roll" and The Police performing "Every Breath You Take".

Answer: Wally was talking about lice and cooking pancakes.

Wally was in the kitchen in his blue boxer shorts discussing what to put in their pancakes. Wally suggested chocolate chips and then cheese. Sebastian wanted to put dead lice in the pancakes. They were conversing as Kassie watched them, unbeknownst to them. Roland then came in and asked if he smelled flapjacks. Kassie thought Roland was the father of Sebastian and was dating him.

Wally, by his own account, had hijacked Kassie's pregnancy. He was in love with Kassie, but could not tell her. Kassie had decided to have a baby without a man in her life. Wally, who was under the influence, was in the bathroom when he found the donor's sample. He accidentally dropped it down the sink when someone knocked on the bathroom door. Wally then filled the sample back up with his own sperm.

Jason Bateman played the role of Wally in "The Switch". It also starred Jennifer Aniston. The film was released in 2010 and was directed by Josh Gordon and Will Speck. One of my favorite scenes was when Wally and Kassie realized they were together and Wally asked Kassie to marry him. Kassie said she probably would.

Answer: Clark was walking in the desert.

Clark had driven the family truckster off the road in the middle of the desert. He told Ellen he was going to walk to a phone. Clark ran off singing a song. As he progressed further into the desert, he started to shed clothes. We saw Clark in his boxer shorts with his jeans on his head as he walked. At one point he fell down a sand dune and landed next to a skeleton. It was a hilarious scene because the skeleton had glasses on.

Chevy Chase played the role of Clark Griswold. He was the husband to Ellen and father of Audrey and Rusty. He wanted to take his family on a fantastic fun filled vacation to Wally World. One thing after another occurred for the whole trip, but the family finally made it to Wally World. The amusement park was closed when they got there.

"Vacation" was released in 1983 and was directed by Harold Ramis. The film also starred Beverly D'Angelo, Dana Barron, and Anthony Michael Hall as members of Clark's family. I can remember staying up late at night when I was younger just to watch the movie on cable television. This is one of my all time favorite movies, as is "Christmas Vacation".

Answer: Parenthood

Gil and Karen were in the bedroom and were getting ready to make love. The family had a busy day as they just got home from a baseball game. Gil and Karen were making out and talking about their oldest son, Kevin. Karen told Gil that they had an appointment with Kevin's school about his behavior. Gil stood up and we saw him in his grey briefs. He was worried about Kevin and didn't want to face the fact his son needed special attention.

Gil and Karen had two other children at the start of the film. The Buckmans added another daughter at the end of the film. The film centered around a family and how they interacted with one another.

"Parenthood" was released in 1989 and was directed by Ron Howard. Steve Martin and Mary Steenburgen starred as Gil and Karen Buckman. The film also starred one of my all time favorite actress, Dianne Wiest. I love the message of this film that family is everything.

Answer: Gardener

Abbie Reynolds was pregnant with her best friend's baby. She and Robert got drunk and woke up next to each other the next morning. Robert was shirtless and in his black low rise Calvin Klein briefs. He looked over and saw Abbie sleeping next to him. Robert and Abbie decided to live and raise the child
together.

In the beginning of the film, we saw Robert and his team doing landscaping work for one of their clients. We also saw that Abbie was a Yoga instructor. Robert lived with an older married gay couple and did their gardening as well. The couple went out of town for the weekend. Robert and Abbie started to drink and you could feel the attraction growing between with each beverage they consumed.

"The Next Best Thing" was directed by John Schlesinger. It was released in 2000. The movie was not as good as I had hoped it would be. It does however teach a lesson there is not just one way a person can have a family. Abbie and Robert were best friends in the beginning and did a wonderful job with their son.

Answer: Magenta

Brad and Janet had just become engaged and wanted to visit their old teacher, Professor Scott. They had both met in Scott's classroom. The two were driving in a rain storm when they got a flat tire. Janet and Brad walked to a nearby castle to use the phone. They were both soaking wet from the rain. The butler and maid took them to a room full of people. The owner of the castle was having a party that night to celebrate his creation.

Dr. Frank-N-Furter came down in an elevator and when Janet saw him she passed out. Dr. Frank-N-Furter was a man dressed as a woman. He ordered Magenta to remove Brad's clothes. Magenta, the maid, stripped Brad down to his tighty whiteys, and Riff Raff, the butler, stripped Janet down to her bra and panties. Brad introduced himself to Dr. Frank-N-Furter while in nothing but his briefs. Magenta and Riff Raff were brother and sister. They both grew weary of Frank's behavior and wanted to return home. Magenta and her brother thought Frank had strayed from their original mission, and thus they took control back from him.

"The Rocky Horror Picture Show" was released in 1975. It was directed by Jim Sharman. It starred Tim Curry as the cross dressing Dr. Frank-N-Furter. It also starred Barry Bostwick and Susan Sarandon as Brad and Janet. Patricia Quinn starred as Magenta.

Answer: Lance was having an affair with Gloria, and Grace found out.

Gloria was having an affair with Lance. The problem with that was that Gloria was the pastor's wife. Lance was an American that Gloria found extremely sexy. He also paid attention to her whereas her husband had been neglecting her. Gloria agreed to meet Lance at a cottage by the sea. When she arrived Lance stripped down to a black thong. He asked Gloria if she liked it, but she seemed embarrassed by it.

Gloria's had hired a new housekeeper to take care of things around the house. Unbeknownst to her, the housekeeper was really her long lost mom. Grace had been imprisoned for killing her husband and his girlfriend. She immediately took to taking care of the people who were bothering her daughter and her family. Grace killed Lance, as well as a nasty neighbor and his dog.

"Keeping Mum" was released in 2005. It was directed and written by Niall Johnson. The film starred Patrick Swayze as the thong-wearing Lance. It also starred Rowan Atkinson and Kristin Scott Thomas as the Goodfellows.

Answer: Dr. Alan Chaffee from "Village of the Damned "(1995)

Dr. Alan and Barbara Chaffee were a happily married couple. Alan had gone downstairs in the middle of the night. He was staring at the view outside of his window. Alan was wearing nothing but tighty whiteys. A short time later, everyone in the town blacked out. When they awoke, the women in the town were pregnant.

Dr. Alan Chaffee was devastated when Barbara killed herself. He then suspected that his child was behind her mother's death. The children decided to leave town and live on their own. The people of the town were afraid of the children and allowed them to do it. Dr. Alan Chaffee devised a plan to kill the children, who were actually aliens. He had a bomb and he sacrificed himself to make sure it blew up and killed the children.

"Village of The Damned" was released in 1995. It was directed by horror legend John Carpenter. Christopher Reeve starred as Dr. Alan Chaffee . The film also starred Linda Kozlowski and Kirstie Alley.
