While it would be interesting to see Cotton's parrot get fired out of a cannon, it's actually Jack, the monkey, who's fired out of the cannon. He is on the Flying Dutchman because Ragetti and Pintel put him in the cannon while on the Black Pearl. He escapes with Jack Sparrow and Elizabeth from the Flying Dutchman by hitching a ride on the rope that's attached to the parachute that Jack Sparrow and Elizabeth are using.

Answer: A Crab

After he throws the rock once, it comes back to him. He's a bit surprised to find the rock following him, so he picks it up again, and licks it before throwing it again. This time though, it turns into a rock-resembling crab, which incites all of the other rocks to turn into crabs.

Answer: Crabs carry it.

While we do see Jack trying to pull the Pearl, it makes it to the water after hundreds of rock-resembling crabs carry it. They continue to carry it through the water until it can sail by itself.

Answer: Captain Teague

The Keeper of the Code (the Code of the Pirates) turns out to be Captain Teague, who the viewers are led to believe is Jack's father. Not only is he the Keeper of the Code, he is also an enforcer of it, as evidenced by the way he acts when he thinks that the Pirate Lords aren't going to follow the code.

After escaping from the brig ("leverage"), Jack proceeds to steal the Chest while two members of the Royal Navy argue over the fighting, while watching it and various other things. They fail to realize that Jack is stealing it. Davy Jones, though, finds Jack in the midst of his theft, and confronts him.

Answer: Crabs

Although she first turns into a giant, her second ability is to change shape. Bringing us back to the crabs that carried away the Pearl, Calypso turns into dark crabs. The dark crabs flood the Pearl and attach to members of the crew, and carry some off the ship. After disappearing, she creates the giant storm and whirlpool which the Pearl and the Dutchman sail into in their fight.

Answer: Captain Barbossa

In the midst of the fighting Barbossa marries them, after Will asks Elizabeth to marry him. She doesn't refuse, instead telling him that this might not be the best time. He continues and she accepts, and then yells at Barbossa to marry them. He complies, while still fighting the fish-men that are boarding the Pearl.

Answer: Elizabeth

After one of the crew of the Dutchman cuts his heart out and puts it in the chest, he becomes the Captain, giving him the duty of transporting the many souls. He has one day with Elizabeth, where he gives her the chest containing his heart. She accepts it, and sees him go off in a flash of green sunset.

Once more, Barbossa leaves Jack and his friend, Mr Gibbs at port. Unfortunately for Barbossa, Jack has already removed the important part of the map, giving him the opportunity to find eternal youth.

Answer: Fountain of Youth

As he reads his map, we find that he's in search of Ponce de Leon's Fountain of Youth. He's not searching for de Leon himself, whom he has never met, but for the Fountain de Leon claimed to find. The fountain supposedly brings eternal and lasting youth to whomever drinks out of it, which makes it something sought after, even today.
