He wrapped cling film over the cats head and suffocated it to prove this point, although he still wears the gas mask when first going outside. He robs a garage later on in the film using the dead cat as a weapon.

6. What uniform does Pops (Bubby's father) wear when he visits the house?

He of course is dressed as a vicar, though I doubt he actually is a vicar. It is more likely that he is a conman.

He is called the 'Cling film killer'. He only kills people who, in his eyes, deserve it! I'm not sure that he would qualify as being a serial killer in the UK or the USA, but he certainly does in Australia.
