Sebastian and two other members of his team, Linda McKay and Matt Kensington, were present when Sebastian lied to the Pentagon about needing more research time to crack the reversion on the invisible animals. Sebastian told Linda and Matt, he wanted to go straight to Phase 3, which was human testing. Linda and Matt kept this a secret from the other members.

The veterinarian of the group, Sara, couldn't believe that the committee at the Pentagon would approve something so premature and risky. Sebastian lied and said they didn't mind because he volunteered for Phase 3. Frank felt the same way Sara did about it.

Another one of Sebastian's colleagues, named Janice, said that she would take his Porsche, if things went fatally awry. Frank wanted it also.
