2. Someone is slaying anyone who wears a Santa suit in this horror classic set in London. What is the name of this flick?

Answer: Don't Open Till Christmas

An unstable maniac goes around stalking and murdering Santas on the streets of London in this '80s slasher. Director Edmund Purdom plays the role of Inspector Ian Harris. This film is chock full of gruesome death scenes, which makes it stay true to the slasher genre.
3. This Troma film is about a sleuth named Brock Johnson, who is called in by the chief of police to solve a case of mysterious murders. What is the title of this rare gem of a film?

Answer: The Dark Side of Midnight

The alternate title to this film is called 'The Creeper', which is also the name of the killer! While this film is quite obscure, it has an originality and holds its own with its dark humor and cheesiness! The role of Brock Johnson is played by Wes Olsen, who is also the writer, director and producer.
4. "Billy's back from the dead...with a message from Hell!" is the tagline to this rock 'n' roll horror flick. What is the name of this film where a murderous rocker comes back from the dead to kill unsuspecting victims?

Answer: Rocktober Blood

Rock singer Billy Eye is executed for going crazy and murdering several people in a recording studio. He returns from the dead and stalks a woman who is the lead singer in a band called 'Rocktober Blood' because she testified against him at the trial for his murder spree.
5. Which of these films is about a killer who murders students with a javelin?

Answer: Fatal Games

This rare horror gem is about students at an academy for athletes who are preparing to be in the Olympics, and are being killed off one by one by someone who is dead-on with a javelin! Sally Kirkland stars as a coach named Diane Paine.
6. Filmed with an ArriVision 3D camera, this flick is about a psychotic patient named Howard Johns who escapes from a mental institution and heads to a sorority house where he terrorizes and murders the girls living there. Which of these films is the one I'm describing?

Answer: Silent Madness

Howard Johns heads to the sorority after a gltch in the hospital computer system accidently sets him free. The reason he picks the sorority is because that's where he committed murders years earlier. Meanwhile, his doctor and members of the hospital staff are tracking him down to capture him.
7. "He Who Walks Behind the Rows" is a line frequently said in this 1984 film that is based on a short story by Stephen king. Peter Horton and Linda Hamilton star. Choose the film.

Answer: Children of the Corn

Burt and Vicky (Horton and Hamilton) are on their way to Seattle while passing through the town of Gatlin, Nebraska. They realize that there are no adults there...except them! All the adults are killed off by the town children. This movie spawned several sequels and a 2009 made-for-TV remake that aired on Syfy network. For the original 1984 film, Stephen King's story was dropped and the writing was done by George Goldsmith. Turns out the production company for the movie did not want to have the two main characters spend a lot of time in the beginning of the film having an argument, as they did in King's story. On the other hand, the television remake does show the couple having a lengthy argument, which I personally found to be quite annoying!
8. Gregory Harrison is in this under-appreciated horror gem about a giant wild boar that terrorizes people in the Australian outback. What is the title of this forgotten film?

Answer: Razorback

The huge boar kills a small child in the beginning of the film, which causes his grandfather to go after the wild beast for revenge. Gregory Harrison plays the role of Carl, who goes looking for his missing wife, who is killed by the boar as well. The role of Carl was originally considered by director Russell Mulcahy to be played by actor Jeff Bridges, but producer Hal McElroy decided against it.
9. A man named Paul comes to the aid of another man after a car accident and lets him stay at his home to recuperate. When the morning comes, the stranger is gone, but leaves behind a mysterious jar. Soon after, Paul starts having weird nightmares and hallucinations. Which of these films am I referring to?

Answer: The Jar

When Paul looks inside the jar, he sees a creature inside that looks like a fetus looking back at him. This creature winds up possessing Paul's mind, to which he can't determine what's real and what isn't. The tagline for this film is "It Blows The Lid Off Terror".
10. The year 1984 brought us the third 'Friday the 13th' sequel. This installment is the one that introduces us to the character of Tommy Jarvis, who becomes Jason Voorhees' nemesis. What is the subtitle to this film?

Answer: The Final Chapter

Jason Voorhees continues his reign of terror on unsuspecting friends partying the night away, as well as a mother with her daughter and young son. The role of Tommy is played by actor Corey Feldman. Towards the movie's end, he faces off against Jason in order to protect himself and his older sister Trish.

The character of Tommy returns in parts five and six of the franchise, but the roles are played by two other actors.
