Answer: Make Room For Daddy

This 1989 creeper again starred Terry O' Quinn as the menacing stepfather. After surviving being stabbed and shot at the end of the first film, he is institutionalized. He then eventually gains the trust of his doctor, to a point where the doctor trusts turning his back to him (not a good thing).

This results in him murdering the doctor. He then murders a guard, puts on his uniform, and successfully escapes. After doing so, he uses a name from the obituaries, and begins his journey to find a woman to marry. Actress Meg Foster plays the part of Carol Grayland, the unlucky lady who's about to become his next victim.

She has a son, played by Jonathon Brandis. From this point on, things go very bad! The subtitle 'Father Knows Best', is from the second 'Stepfather' sequel.

Answer: The Other Side

'Poltergeist II: The Other Side' is the sequel to the 1982 classic, 'Poltergeist'. Both star JoBeth Williams and Craig T. Nelson as Diane and Steve Freeling, as well as little Heather O' Rourke as their daughter Carol Anne, who is still being tormented by the 'TV people'. Only this time, instead of the spirits contacting Carol Anne through the television, the family winds up being followed by the spirit of Reverend Henry Kane. Kane was the leader of a satanic utopian cult in the early 1800s. Turns out the Freelings' house was built over a huge underground cavern, which was the final resting place of this cult. So the spirits from this evil cult, led by their leader Kane, still want Carol Anne to guide them to the light.

This is where the movie gets it's title, 'The Other Side'. 'Poltergeist III', the final of the films, came out in 1988.

Answer: A New Beginning

'Friday the 13th Part 5: A New Beginning' came out in 1985. The unusual thing about this 'Friday the 13th' film is that Jason Vorhees is not the killer. The killing is actually done by a man named Roy Burns, who was an emergency paramedic. He went off the deep end when he showed up at the Pinehurst halfway house to find that it was his son Joey who had been murdered by one of the other resident patients.

Answer: The Heretic

This 1977 sequel to the horror hit 'The Exorcist' really didn't seem to pack as much of a punch as the original. It is now four years later, and Regan (played again by Linda Blair), is now seventeen years old, and has no recollection of anything that happened to her. Dr. Gene Tuskin (played by Louise Fletcher) feels that her memories are just repressed, and that it's in Regan's best interest to bring them out again, by hypnotism. During this experiment, Dr. Tuskin is linked to Regan by a synchronizer, and sees the memories as they happen. Meanwhile, Father Philip Lamont (played by Richard Burton) is assigned to an investigation of the death of Father Lankester Merrin, who had been killed while exorcising the demon from young Regan in the first film.

It turns out that Merrin is up on posthumous heresy charges. His writings, according to church authorities, are too controversial. They do not want to acknowledge that Satan may exist. This film, unlike the original, is more spiritual than religious.

Answer: The Spawning

This movie is the feature film directorial debut of James Cameron. Another title it has gone under is 'Piranha II: Flying Killers'. This time, instead of the killer fish just staying in the water to attack their prey, they have been genetically modified by a biochemist to - get this - fly! So now the fish attack people in the air as well as in the water. 'All U Can Eat' is the subtitle for the sequel to the movie 'Blood Feast' by Herschell Gordon Lewis.

Answer: Farewell to the Flesh

This film is the sequel to the ever popular 1992 horror hit 'Candyman'. In this one, a schoolteacher named Annie Tarrant tries to prove to herself that Candyman doesn't exist after one of her students says they saw him. So she says his name in the mirror five times, which in turn, summons him up, and the murders continue. Meanwhile, her brother is accused of killing a college professor that he got into a confrontation with about the legend of Candyman.

But of course, it was Candyman himself who killed the professor in a bathroom, after he repeated his name five times in the mirror.

These people never learn!

Answer: The Return of Michael Myers

This movie takes place ten years after Michael's killing spree in 1978. He was placed in Ridgemont Federal Sanitarium, where he once again manages to escape. His sister Laurie Strode, who is supposed to be dead from a car accident, had a daughter named Jamie.

She was adopted by the Carruthers family, where she was living happily, that is, until Michael shows up and begins stalking her. Of course, Dr. Loomis comes to the rescue once again.

Answer: Dream Warriors

After Kristen Parker (played by Patricia Arquette) begins having nightmares about Freddy, she is placed in Westin Hills Psychiatric Ward. While there, she finds she is in the company of other patients who are also having similar nightmares. Turns out they are the last of the 'Elm Street' children, who's parents had killed Freddy many years earlier. Nancy Thompson (played by Heather Langencamp) is a new staff member who tries to help her, seeing as how she can relate, since she was Freddy's first victim in the original film. Kristen, together with Nancy, and the rest of the patients that are victims of Freddy's nightmares, unite together to try to conquer Freddy and end the nightmares once and for all.

This is where the title 'Dream Warriors' comes from.

Answer: I've Been Waiting

Once again, more trouble on the road for Jim Halsey (played again by C. Thomas Howell), and his girlfriend Maggie (Kari Wuhurer) as they make their way through Texas. Only this time, the psychotic hitchhiker is played by Jake Busey. This movie takes place fifteen years after the first horror filled journey. Now Jim is a cop and still having flashbacks of the terror that ensued earlier.

The original film was released in 1986. This should teach people that it's not always safe to pick up hitchhikers.

Answer: Toulon's Revenge

'Puppet Master III: Toulon's Revenge' is a prequel explaining the origin of the killer dolls. It takes place in 1941 during World War II in Berlin. A scientist, named Dr. Hess, is forced by Nazis to create a drug that can animate the dead. At the same time, a man named Andre Toulon is putting on a puppet show for children.

He and his wife get hold of the formula and feed it to the puppets. That's how we come to meet Pinhead, Tunneler, Jester, Six Shooter, and of course Blade. And there it is!
