After several deadly rampages, the police finally track down the werewolf and manage to corner it. Alex intervenes in the situation by professing her love to the animal in the hope that it is enough to stop the bloodshed.

"Beauty and the Beast" went on to win two Academy Awards for Best Music, Original Score and Best Music, Original Song. It stars Paige O'Hara as the voice of Belle and Robbie Benson as the voice of the Beast.

The Beast was once a Prince who was cursed by an enchantress for the lack of kindness in his heart. "The Fly" was released in 1986 as a remake of the 1958 version. It is directed by David Cronenberg and stars Jeff Goldblum as Seth Brundle, the scientist, and Geena Davis as Veronica Quaife, the journalist.

Inspired by his love for Veronica, Seth completes his teleportation invention. Their stormy relationship endures two reconciliations all while Seth begins exhibiting fly-like characteristics. He discovers that an error occurred during his self-teleportation experiment when a fly became trapped in his telepod. "Young Frankenstein" is filmed in black and white and stylized to capture the atmosphere of horror movies from the 1930s. Rocky suffers from craniodiaphyseal dysplasia, or lionitis, that causes his head to become disfigured and enlarged. He attends regular school and lives his life as normally as possible. Working at the camp is a great experience for him, but his separation from Diana after summer leaves him sad and lonely. The film is based on events from the life of Roy L. "Rocky" Dennis, who died when he was just 16 years old.

"Earth Girls are Easy" is a light-hearted comedy directed by Julien Temple and stars Geena Davis as Valerie the manicurist, Jeff Goldblum as Mac, the blue alien, Jim Carrey as Wiploc the red alien and Damon Wayans as Zeebo, the yellow alien.

While their ship awaits repair, the aliens get makeovers, learn English by watching television and blend into the L.A. club scene. While Wiploc and Zeebo create havoc where they go, Mac is more serious and develops a romance with Valerie. When it's time for the aliens to leave Earth, Valerie must make a choice -- stay in California or leave with her new love.

Hellboy is a demon from another dimension, raised from infancy by Professor Bloom. He works for the Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defense (BPRD) and fights against dark forces. He has feelings for Liz Sherman, who has quit and rejoined the BPRD several times. Liz has trouble controlling her pyrokinetic abilities, especially when strong emotions overcome her. When she shares a passionate kiss with Hellboy, they become engulfed in flames. Luckily for Hellboy, he is fireproof.

"Edward Scissorhands" stars Johnny Depp as Edward, the unfinished creation, Dianne Wiest as Peg Boggs, the Avon Lady who discovers Edward, and Winona Ryder as Kim, Peg's teenage daughter.

Although initially accepted into the neighborhood, Edward gradually becomes ostracized by everyone except the Boggs Family.
