Answer: Dakota

Cecil tried to escape, with the tablet, on the stage coach. Larry chased after him on Roosevelt's horse, trying to get him to stop. Cecil said, "These are trained horses, Larry. They won't stop until they hear a specific word." To which Larry replied, "Oh, you mean a word like...Dakota!" At which point the horses stopped so abruptly that Cecil was thrown off.

Answer: True

Dexter stole Larry's keys and used them to open a window. One of the cavemen saw a fire across the street and escaped out of said window to get to it.
3. What would happen to the people and creatures of the museum if they were outside when the sun came up?

Answer: They would turn to dust.

When the caveman escaped on Larry's second night on the job, Larry didn't realize he was gone until it was too late. The sun came up, the caveman turned to dust, and was swept up by the street cleaner.
4. What is the Tin Man's real name?

Answer: Columbus

On his first night at the museum, Larry called him Tin Man. At the end of the movie, talking to Tin Man, Larry said, "My explorer friend, whose name escapes me." His son, Nicky, reminded him that it was Columbus. Larry then apologized, using the excuse that Columbus wore no name plate, and thus there was no way he could've know who he was.
5. What was second on Larry's list of instructions?

Answer: Lock up the lions or they'll eat you.

On the list of instructions, given to Larry by the old night guards, the first instruction said to throw the bone, and the second one said, lock up the lions or they'll eat you. Larry didn't get past the second instruction, but he did read it.
6. Dexter was on display in the "The Spot for African Mammals".

Answer: False

It was the Hall of African Mammals. When Cecil was leading Larry around on a tour, it was one of the first rooms he took him to. Saying, "This is the Hall of African Mammals". As they went further into the room, Larry pointed out the monkey, and Cecil remarked that they called the monkey Dexter.
7. What was Larry's last name?

Answer: Daley

Larry Daley was the quirky main character in this film. He was divorced, and hadn't been able to hold a steady job. His main goal was to find a job he could keep, so that he wouldn't have to move and could continue to see his son.
8. Who played Atilla the Hun?

Answer: Patrick Gallagher

Patrick Gallagher graduated from the National Theatre School of Canada in 1993. He has done most of his acting on TV shows including "Da Vinci's Inquest" and "Dark Angel". He has also done several movies indluding "Walking Tall", "Sideways", and "Final Destination 3". Rami Malek played the character Ahkmenrah. Pierfrancesco Favino played the Tin Man, who we later know to be Christopher Columbus. Dan Rizzuto was one of the neanderthals, specifically credited as Neanderthal Number Two.
9. Who wrote the book?

Answer: Milan Trenc

Milan Trenc was born in Zagreb in 1962. He wrote and illustrated "The Night at the Museum", which he had published in 1993 by Barrons Juvenile. Ben Garant, along with Thomas Lennon, wrote the screenplay based on his book. Rami Malek is an actor who played Ahkmenrah in the film.
10. What did the Easter Island Head want Larry to give him?

Answer: Gum

The Easter Island Head's first two lines were, "Hey Dum-dum! You give me gum-gum!" He repeated the request and Larry gave him some gum on his second night on the job.
