Prince Caspian (2008) Trivia Quiz

In the beginning of the movie, the geeky boy walks right up to the newspaper stand where Susan is reading a magazine and asks, "What's your name?". she replies, "Phyllis". Right then, Lucy comes running up to Susan, yelling her real name. Lucy runs up to Susan because their brother Peter gets himself in a fight again at the bus station.

Answer: Destrier

Prince Caspian mentions his horse's name when he's helping Susan and Lucy get ready to go off into the woods to find Aslan. They are looking for Aslan because, although many of the Narnians don't believe Lucy saw him throughout the movie, they are willing to try anything to win the battle against the Telamarines. Susan goes with Lucy. Caspian lends them his horse, Destrier, knowing that with him they will be in good hands (or hooves).

Answer: They need some weapons and supplies.

Lord Miraz shows up at Telmar's camp, noticing that it is half destroyed. He asks General Glozelle what happened. After he is told he asks how many soilders died. At first, General Glozelle lies to Lord Miraz, saying that no one died during the attack by the Narnians, looking for weapons. But after Miraz hits him with the bottom of a sword, he says that there were three who died.

Answer: Were-Wolf and Hag

Because Nikabrik loses all hope in winning the battle against the Telamarines, he brings Caspian to the Were-Wolf and the Hag, servants of the White Witch. They summon the witch Jadis. She says that one drop of Adam's blood will free her from the ice block she's stuck in.

He almost believes that she can help him win the battle, before Peter, Edmund, and Trumpkin barge into the scene. They defeat Nikabrik, the Were-Wolf, and the Hag, and Peter pushes Caspian out of the witch's reach of the cut hand, that the Hag gave him.

Answer: "Things never happen the same way twice, dear one."

Lucy sees Aslan in her dream. She has an encounter with him later also, when she is searching for him in the woods to ask him for help. She ends up finding him while she is being chased by a Telmarine soldier. He says this line both in her dream and in the woods. No one believes that Lucy saw Aslan, but Aslan also asks her why she wouldn't come to him, even though the others didn't believe.

She replies that she was too scared to come alone and find him.

Answer: Mules

When the Narnians are marching to Aslan's How to prepare for the battle, the badger asks Trumpkin what 'they' are like, and he makes the comment that they are "stubborn as mules in the morning". Nikabrik knows somehow that it means Trumpkin likes them.

Answer: Cornelius

Caspian's tutor, Cornelius, asks Lord Miraz this question when Miraz is looking around the library for information on the Kings and Queens of Narnia. After the tutor threatens Miraz that, "If Caspian does know of the deep magic, then my lord would have good reason to be nervous.", Cornelius gets arrested.

Answer: Lord Sopespian

We sense throughout the movie that Lord Sopespian dislikes Miraz, so either he or Caspian are most likely to murder Miraz. But Prince Caspian refuses to kill him, after the battle between Peter and Miraz, because he doesn't want to be an evil king, like Miraz. Lord Sopespian still wants to go to war with the Narnians, so he kills Miraz and blames it on the Narnians, saying that they shot him with an arrow.

Answer: Prince Caspian and Peter

Prince Caspian and Peter both want to have control over the fight against the Telamarines, and so it is somehow both their faults for the castle raid's failure. They both disagree on many things. First off, Peter says that they need to take action, so he suggests attacking the castle. Caspian suggests that they stay at Aslan's How and plan for the battle. Neither of them believe Lucy when she says that they should wait for Aslan to help them.

Answer: Prunaprismia

When Prince Caspian is fleeing from the castle, in order to escape Miraz, who wants to kill him for the throne of Telmar, a guard shouts out that Prunaprismia has given birth to a son. Caspian is the true heir to the throne. This is a dangerous situation, because Miraz wants to be king in place of Caspian.

But now Miraz's wife has given birth to a son, who will be king after him. Miraz would have killed Caspian for the throne, so Caspian is forced to flee from his home.
