"The Wrong Missy" begins with Tim (David Spade) meeting up with a girl named Melissa (Lauren Lapkus) at a restaurant. Melissa texts Tim that she is at the bar talking to some 'Tatted Meathead' that won't leave her alone and that she needs to be rescued. Tim confronts this man who is actually just having a nice meal with his pregnant wife and is upset about being interrupted.

This 'Tatted Meathead' character named Gary is played by the 6 ft 3 in 265 pound professional wrestling champion Roman Reigns. Gary rises up to confront the much smaller Tim and Melissa rushes over to the rescue to let them know there had been a mix up.

However, all along Melissa had been testing Tim with this cruel icebreaker to see how he'd react to her setup. Other cameo roles in "The Wrong Missy" include Vanilla Ice as himself and Jorge Garcia (Hurley from the show "Lost") as 'Guy on Plane'. Roman Reigns was born Leati Joseph Ano'i in Florida in 1985 and his heritage includes several other prominent wrestlers such as Rikishi and Yokozuna.

He became a professional wrestler in 2010 and over the next decade was a four-time WWE world champion. In 2019 Roman Reigns appeared as Mateo Hobbs in the film "Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw".

Melissa also mentions that she flashed her machete to the Tatted Meathead at the bar when he confronted her about being too loud and obnoxious. Tim tries to sneak out of the date through the bathroom window of the restaurant but Melissa spots him with her machete in hand.

4. After Tim's first date goes terribly wrong he meets someone he is immediately attracted to at the airport. What prompted Tim and the second Melissa to have a date together?

While Tim is rushing to his gate he bumps into the beautiful second Melissa who was rushing in the opposite direction to her gate. They make eye contact and seemingly have a connection but then go their separate ways to catch their flights. While at his gate Tim scans his ticket to board his flight but is informed it's invalid.

He realizes that he has picked up Melissa's ticket so he rushes to her gate. When he locates her they realize they have the same luggage, read the same books and both don't drink alcoholic beverages.

They share a passionate kiss in a janitor's closet until Melissa informs him that she has to leave for her flight. Melissa then texts Tim so that he'll have her number.

5. When Tim returns back to work he talks with his intrusive co-worker Nate about the amazing date he had with the second Melissa. Nate then googles her and discovers that she is a model. With Nate's prodding, Tim invites Melissa to a company retreat. Where is this company gathering held?

Answer: Hawaii

Nate works in the company's HR department and he constantly reads Tim's personal and work communication. He gives Tim advice about his texts and body grooming and tells Tim that he should invite Melissa to the company retreat taking place in Hawaii where they will meet their new boss.

6. While in his seat in preparation for the flight to his company's retreat Tim is shocked to see that the wrong Melissa has gotten on the flight. Even so, later Tim acts as if she's his intended date for the company mixer party. What does Melissa do at this party that embarrasses Tim?

Similar to their first date, Melissa is very loud and obnoxious at the company mixer in spite of Tim telling her to keep a low profile. After she has had a lot to drink she starts reading the future of Tim's co-workers via their palms. She even tells one of them that he will be dead the next time he gets on a plane. Melissa eventually walks to the edge of a seaside cliff and states that she will jump.

When Tim gets close and tells her to come back she accidentally falls off the cliff and bumps herself several times before landing on the beach. Somehow she is not severely injured after the fall.

7. The next company event involves a trip out to sea to see sharks. What does Melissa try to do that is strictly forbidden that puts Tim and his new boss in danger?

Answer: Throw chum into the water

In the scene Tim's new boss, Jack, invites Tim into the shark cage with him to bond and feel an adrenaline rush. Tim's ex-fiance is also on the boat and tells him it's a bad idea since he's claustrophobic. Melissa encourages Tim to stop being a wuss and to do it. Melissa finds it boring that no sharks are showing up so she cuts up some fish (chum) to attract the sharks. Humorously played by Rob Schneider, the ship's captain, Komante, tells her that chumming is forbidden because it makes the sharks violent and crazy.

They wrestle over the chum bucket and it gets flung into the water and onto Melissa who then vomits in the water. Not surprisingly, a massive shark comes over and nearly kills Tim and his boss but they are saved after Komante punches it a few times.

8. After the boating incident Melissa talks to Barbara, the wife of Tim's boss Jack. She ends up convincing her to leave Jack. This angers Tim and he tells Melissa to fix the situation. What does she do to remedy the dilemma?

Answer: She hypnotizes Jack.

Melissa ends up talking to both Jack and Barbara and they get back together. After convincing Jack to give Barbara more love and attention she hypnotizes him. The hypnosis also makes Jack favor Tim over his rival Jess. Melissa tells Tim that the hypnosis will continue until a certain profanity-laced statement is uttered to Jack.

9. As part of the company retreat there is a talent competition between the two divisions. Representing the NE division, what did Tim's team do for the show?

Answer: Shadow Dancing

As the sales team leader for the NE division of the Portland, Oregon market Tim arranges a shadow dancing presentation with voiceovers to pitch to his new boss (Jack) at Credit of America. During the presentation they make words with their shadows as well as shapes like the Eiffel Tower.

The opposing team led by Jess does a singing and dancing routine to a pop song. Since Jack was still under hypnosis at the time he favors Tim's presentation. During the show Melissa helps Tim's team and at this point Tim seemingly starts to develop stronger romantic feelings for her.

10. Eventually the first Melissa realizes that Tim had made a mistake inviting her to the company retreat and she heads back home. Distraught that she isn't responding to his texts Tim finds her on a dating site and secretly meets up with her. How does Melissa react when she sees Tim?

Answer: She is upset at first but after he apologizes they kiss.

While still at the company retreat the second Melissa shows up and Tim has a date with her. During this date he realizes that he has stronger feelings for the first Melissa. She understands and tells him to go and get her back. So back at home Tim plays the same trick on Melissa that she had previously played on him at their first date.

She is not amused and tries to walk out but his sincere and heartfelt apology prompts her to kiss him, presumably giving him a second chance.
