Bon moved to Australia from his native Scotland and picked up the nickname "the Bonny Scot."
2. What inspired the band's name?

Answer: A label on a sewing machine

Malcolm and Angus saw the AC/DC label on the back of their sister's sewing machine and liked the connotation to energy and power.
3. What was the name of AC/DC's original singer?

Answer: Dave Evans

Bon Scott replaced Dave Evans and even re-recorded a few of his songs.
4. What band was Brian Johnson known for prior to joining AC/DC?

Answer: Geordie

Brian is from the Geordie region of England and the other band members have joked that they can barely understand his accent.
