1. In his hit "By The Time I Get To Phoenix" what other two place names are mentioned?

This is one of several Glen Campbell hits written by Jimmy Webb. It reached number two on the Billboard country charts, but only number 26 on their Top 40 chart in early 1968.
2. Which of Glen's hits served as the theme song for his popular TV show?

Answer: Gentle On My Mind

"The Glen Campbell Goodtime Hour" began as a summer replacement show for "The Smothers Brothers Show", but became a hit show in its own right so it was brought back to the regular CBS schedule. "Gentle On My Mind" was written by the late John Hartford who, along with Steve Martin, was a writer for the "Smothers Brothers" show.
3. In the song "Rhinestone Cowboy" Glen says that he "knows every crack on these dirty sidewalks of"....where?

Answer: Broadway

After a three year drought without a Top 40 hit for Glen on the Billboard charts, "Rhinestone Cowboy" reached number one on both the country and Top 40 charts in the summer of 1975.
4. One of Glen's later hits was a remake of "It's Just A Matter of Time". What R&B great had the original hit in 1959?

5. Another song Glen covered that was both a pop and country hit was "It's Only Make Believe". What country superstar had the original hit in 1958?

Answer: Conway Twitty

"It's Only Make Believe" was Conway Twitty's first hit, reaching number one on the Billboard Pop charts in 1958. Oddly, it didn't even make the country charts. But Glen's version reached number three on the country chart and number ten on the Top 40 chart in September of 1970.
