In 1971, they produced "Draggin' The Line", one of their biggest hits ever.

A hit in 1971, few know that "Me and Julio Down by the Schoolyard" also has a video. It was made in the 1980s and features Paul playing basketball with kids in, of course, a schoolyard. Mickey Mantle also made a guest appearance in this video.

You might have seen this series and not known that he made this song famous.

Answer: "The Name Game" by Shirley Ellis

This tongue twister song reached number 3 in 1964. Shirley Ellis began her career as a songwriter. She wrote "One, Two, I Love You" for the Heartbreakers in the 1950's. Interestingly enough, you can find a few "Name Game" sites on the internet that allow you to type in your name with the output showing your name as interpreted by the rules of "The Name Game."

Answer: "Do You Know What I Mean" by Lee Michaels

This Lee Michaels hit was written hurriedly and was considered by Michaels to be a "throwaway tune." It hit the charts in 1971. After a series of albums in the mid 70's that were commercial and critical failures, he retired to Hawaii and little has been heard of him since.
