Answer: Pink Floyd

Pink Floyd released the record "Animals" in the year 1977. Immediately after "Wish You Were Here" and right before "The Wall", just to give you a time frame. Songs from "Animals" include "Sheep" and "Pigs (Three Different Ones)".

Aerosmith is an American band from the Boston area. Best known for the "Toxic Twins", Steven Tyler and Joe Perry. Songs include "Dream On" and "Mamma Kin".

Led Zeppelin just happens to be a favorite band of mine and that is how they were picked as an answer choice. I recommend the live "How The West Was Won" record as something to listen to from them.

Jethro Tull are remembered for their blazing flute solos by their singer Ian Anderson and for the song "Locomotive Breath" from their album "Aqualung".

A white rabbit sounds like something that the Grateful Dead would write a song about, but sorry not this time.

The Stone Poneys were fronted by Linda Ronstadt and best known for the song "Different Drum".

Big Brother & the Holding Company were led by Janis Joplin until her sudden demise at the age of 27. The songs they put out in such a short time will be remembered forever.

Pearl Jam is one of the founding fathers of grunge and are led by singer Eddie Vedder. They formed in 1990 following the death of Andrew Wood of the band Mother Love Bone. The surviving members of the band formed Pearl Jam shortly after recording the "Temple of the Dog" album with Chris Cornell of Soundgarden.

Temple of the Dog is one part Pearl Jam mixed with a part of Soundgarden. The songs they put out speak for themselves. "Hunger Strike" and "Say Hello to Heaven" are two beautiful examples of songwriting in my opinion.
