There was actually a movie made in 1999 called "Detroit Rock City" about kids going to see a KISS show in the 70's. You can get information on KISS' famous fan club at www.kissarmy.com.
2. Cheech and Chong did a parody of Springsteen's "Born in the USA". Where did they say they were born?

Answer: East L. A.

"Born in East LA" is from the movie of the same name. The 1987 movie stars Cheech Marin and Daniel Stern.
3. Jan and Dean sang about a "Little Old Lady from ______".

Answer: Pasadena

There is actually a registered trademarked website called 'The Official Home of the Little Old Lady from Pasadena'. It can be found at http://www.gogrannygo.com/. I cannot even begin to explain it- you will have to check it out for yourself.
4. The Clash had a song (and album) called "______ Calling".

Answer: London

"London Calling" was also the name of the album the song appears on. It was released in December of 1979. This critically acclaimed album is arguably one of the most influential albums ever recorded.
