1. Powerman 5000 gained popularity early on in what city?

Answer: Boston

Way back in the early 90's PM5K gained a huge underground following. No wonder- their sound was unlike anything back then or even now.
2. All that time ago what was the lead singer's name?

Answer: MC Spider

At first it was MC Spider, then the MC part was dropped and he became Spider or Spider One.
3. Spider has an older brother who is also in the music biz. Who is he?

Answer: Rob Zombie

Ah, yes the Undead One himself Mr. Zombie is the elder sibling of Spider. In fact, he has been very involved in his younger brother's career. Rob directed several of the band's videos. He also lent his vocals on "Blast Off to Nowhere", a track from the band's fourth album, "Tonight The Stars Revolt".
4. What were the names of the two band members that departed in late 2001?

Answer: Dorian and Al

In fall of 2001 fans of Powerman 5000 were shocked when they learned that Dorian and Al had decided to depart.
5. What song has been on more of their albums than any other?

Answer: Organizized

Sure enough, "Organizized" has appeared on all three of the band's first three albums, "True Force", "Blood Splat Rating System", and "Mega!!! Kung Fu Radio".
6. What is the name of the album that technically never came out?

Answer: Anyone for Doomsday?

Technically this record never came out. Originally slated for a summer/fall release in 2001, the album was delayed and then finally scrapped. But that's not to say that copies aren't out there. There are a ton of copies, both promotional/advance and retail, floating around on Ebay.
7. What are the names of the two replacement band members?

Answer: Adrian and Sigve

Around February of 2002 it was announced that a replacement drummer had been found, Adrian. Then about three months later Spider announced that a bassist had been found, Sigve (or Siggy).
8. What was the last PM5K song released on a soundtrack?

Answer: Relax

This was a hard one. "Relax" appeared on the "Zoolander" Soundtrack, which came out a week after the "WWF Tough Enough" Soundtrack which featured "Bombshell". "Zoolander" Soundtrack- Sep 25, 2001; "WWF TE" Soundtrack- Sep 18, 2001. Close, very close.
9. Who has Powerman 5000 NOT toured with in the past?

Answer: White Zombie

Answer: Powerfans
