Answer: Deltasonic

Deltasonic, the record label based in Liverpool, was formed by Alan Willis in the year 2000. He came up with the name by almagamating the words 'Delta', from the Delta series of acoustic guitars, and Sonic Youth, described by Willis as having 'the coolest band name ever'.
