10. What is the usual 'line-up' of the children during balcony scenes?

Answer: All of them

It is common that the entire royal family, including all the children, are present on the balcony. If someone isn't present it's most likely because they aren't even in Copenhagen. Needless to say that with 14 people so far it's becoming a rather crowded affair.
