Mihaly Siska came very young to Portugal, defended FC Porto nets for many years, and after ending his playing career, he took over the helm of the northern Portuguese biggest club to win the titles in 1938/39 and 1939/40.

Robert Kelly was the first English to become Portuguese champion, coaching Sporting in 1946/47, nevertheless, Sir Randolph Galloway was the first ever coach, in Portugal, to obtain three titles, between '51 and '53.

After over 10 finals, they still didn't. Even in his second spell at Benfica, he didn't regain any title, indoors or in Europe.

It was the 1970/71 season, Portugal still had domains over sea, which included Angola, Mozambique, Guinea-Bissau, Sao Tome and Prince and Cape Verde islands, where Mindelense was seeded. The result of the biggest historical defeat was 21-0, and Sporting Lisbon was the responsible for it.

Answer: Jorge Mendonça (Atlético Madrid)

Jorge Mendonça is one of our darkest players, he won the Cup winners Cup with Atlético Madrid in 1961/62, scoring one of the goals in the playoff tie against Fiorentina.
